A mini fridge would be nice and also a kettle to be able to have a hot tea in the room.

Beautiful,cozy hotel, close to the center and the slopes, yet calm and quiet. Tasteful decorations with attention to details, very attentive personel. We felt relaxed and enjoyed our time spent there.

Music from Irish pub down the street, almost all nights till 0100 am. Maybe ask for a room not on the streetside. Noisy hotel in general, for example the air ventilation system: if you are sensitive to this, bring earplugs. Reception almost never staffed, and slowly/not responding to the bell. For a 4 star hotel and price paid, below expected overall.

Excellent sauna facilities, communal highly recommended. Very clean. Good showers.

Arrived after 6pm due to delays etc Couldn’t contact the hotel to book in as all locked up. Fortunately a guest let us in where we could pick up a key which had been left.

We woke every night from the sauna-like heat, it would be nice if that could be controlled better.

They serve a great breakfast and cook a perfect steak in the restaurant. We booked the Christmas Eve dinner, it was a 5-course gourmet meal accompanied by piano playing and was a wonderful evening.

Felt price was too high for this hotel without breakfast. Having to order breakfast daily was annoying. Would have appreciated tea/coffee making facilities.

As the location is central, you do hear sounds from the street which is noticeable. This could be a bother for some - but it was not a big deal for us.

We really enjoyed staying at Liebesglük. From the beginning, everything went smoothly. We arrived at the hotel where they had a parking lot accessible to the visitors for free. The check-in process was very smooth without any complications or too many formalities. What really stood out about this hotel is that they were genuinely welcoming to our whole family, which includes our big dog. The staff were very pleasant and nice to us throughout our whole stay. When we had the candle lit dinner (which you can also book at the hotel) they had put a bowl of water for our dog, even before we arrived at the restaurant. This small attention and consideration made it very special. The location is central and close to everything, so moving around is quite easy. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. Overall we really enjoyed it.

I had the mini breakfast (a roll, jam, coffee) and it was a perfect start to the day. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the bar downstairs was also a nice place to sit and read

The staff and owners were extremely supportive and helpful to myself and my friend that stayed as we were in a sticky situation getting my friend to the hotel from her flight. The owners and and staff went above and beyond to get her to the establishment safe and sound late at night. Extremely friendly every time we were there also!

The hotel is perfect for couples. The room looks romantic and not suitable for children. We wanted to spend quality time without noisy from neighbors or other families. The favorite one is the complimentary sauna for a couple in a romantic room. A sauna session with a partner in the winter is the most relaxing thing what we need after playing ski or other sport activities. We find the hotel very suitable for our needs. We will definitely come here again!

it was extremely noisy at night (right opposite a pub) with drunk people shouting and arguing. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower (only a body wash all in one) no coffee machine or even a kettle to make coffee in the morning. Had to go downstairs to find coffee and then had to select on a form what was taken from the coffee station (with no milk) and pay for it at check out.

Hotel is per friendly, has a lovely sauna room.
