Quite central, 2 minute walk from Brandenburg Gate. Easy access to underground and Bus services if required. Fairly large apartment.

There was a coffee machine but no coffee or tea or sugar and salt. Also there was an oven but we couldn’t use it because there aren’t a baking tray. Small things but made us problems to make a dinner

There is a possibility to have a bigger bed in the second room and the small room adjoining the 2nd bedroom could easily be converted into an ensuite bathroom. 2 bathrooms would be a big positive for this accommodation.

The look of the building is very old 80s architecture which I didn’t expect. Not very appealing. The fridge was dirty on arrival which i cleaned before using. Shower in bathroom is strange set up, was linked to the sink in the toilet

The building entrance and elevator seem very tired but functioned perfectly and didn’t detract from the overall experience.

The apartment was really close to all the main attractions, while some aspects of the building were dated, the apartment insert is kept in a very good condition. Light and bright with generous storage space made it an easy place to stay at. Although close to everything, it was very quiet at night.

I was mistakenly directed to a different building (94 instead of G4), which required a back-and-forth walk to the reception to clear things out.

The apartments are spacious, well-equipped, and located near Tiergarten and Brandenburger Tor. A HIT supermarket, the Mall of Berlin, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Noise from the ventillation

Perfect localisation, in the very center of the city, close to the metro and S-bahn, supermarket nearby and many restaurants on the next street. Generally spacious appartment although the bathroom a bit tight. There is a lift, coffee express, also washing machine. Optional parking place, charged extra.

Make sure you clarify that you want parking and parking in your spot. They should give you a fob to open the gate - don't let them forget!

Perfect for a family! Walked to Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie, Unter den Linden. Many restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries around. Quiet and comfy. In-unit laundry was a huge plus!
