A sofa would have been amazing as the chairs weren't very comfortable. We also dearly missed an oven.

The checkout was a bit early to my taste - 10am. At least 11 am would be better.

A nice apartment in the good location. It was really clean and had everything you might need for a longer stay. We were only for one night but the apartment was comfortable and nice. Additionally there was the big outdoor area and the parking for the guests. A good advantage was alao the self check-in which was a good option for us (we arrived after midnight).

First of all, and I can't really treat it as a minus, because it's known before the arrival - the building doesn't have a lift and the floors are fairly high. So if you have some heavy luggage and you'll be given an apartment at the top floor, be sure you'll be able to drag the luggage all the way up. Apart from that the only thing would be arranging the kitchen in a bit different manner. It's really small, but also there's no actual space for a kettle or meal preparing. Perhaps something could be done in order to get some more kitchen storage area / kitchen working area.

The apartment is located relatively close to one end of the park Sanssouci. There is a very convenient parking for a car as well as a bus stop almost in front of the building. The bus can take you straight to the main palace and the center of Potsdam. Netto supermarket is within walking distance. ***On the map, at first glance, it will look as if the park is really close and everything else also is. It's a mirage - Potsdam appears to be a quite big city and the distances are fairly big, with the park being REALLY big - keep that in mind, if you planned to do everything on foot***. We collected the key and other useful information from ladies in the reception. One of them was communicating in english well, both were very nice and welcoming. The apartment had windows on the back of the building, so it was fairly quiet, we didn't hear any road noises. The apartment was spacious and clean, but expect only basic furniture.

The only this that should me managed is hotplate that didn’t work properly, it wasn’t possible to prepare anything as it took too much time even for the water to be boiling. Electric kettle and toaster were in the kitchen but it wasn’t enough for my family.

Everything was great ) Nice apartment, lovely view from the window, very nice location close to Sun Succi park and palaces.

My bathroom was across the hall. It did seem to be private. But the main problem was that I was told that checkout was at 11, and in trying to use the bathroom at 10.30, found myself locked out of the bedroom AND the bathroom. Also could have done with a lift. Room on 2nd floor, steep stair. The staff helped with my suitcase, but even so.

The Appartement we were accommodated in, was in the old building, close to the road, and the traffic noice was very bad, no sound insulation at all, very hard to sleep!

I have been charged twice for my booking, once in their check in machine, second time by the reception. Not only when we arrived we could not get in because of check in machine issue, but I also can not get a refund for this stay, hotel is unresponsive and Booking customer service takes over a month to investigate it. Staff doesn't speak English and I am more than disappointed with the approach of both hotel and Booking.

Not enough pillows, not even a couch or a fridge even though there is plenty of space, tv doesn’t work properly and it must be mentioned when advertising the place that it is extremely far from teu centre if you don’t have a car.

The garden and open areas are nice and the floor was spacious including the toilet which was big.

very nice apartments. convenient location. the apartments have everything for a comfortable stay for several days. dishes, clean bed linen, towels - everything is at the same level. next to the apartments - places of interest, there is a place to relax. The staff is very friendly and helped with accommodation
