We didn’t like the pillow from the suite, it was too soft and big.

The suite was cozy and quite, we liked the surrounding of trees and the small terrace.

The apartment was simple, but it had everything we needed. The location was excellent, Eimsbuttel was a nice area, we were visiting friends locally. Easy bus ride into the city.

Stayed in the 2 rooms, and I didn't like the fact that there was no washer and dryer inside the apartment. Maybe there's a general one downstairs.

Staying in Hamburg is expensive. We paid good money for this studio apartment and although it had everything we needed, I still feel that the price/quality ratio was a bit off. This mainly has to do with the zero personal touches the apartment has. It's very... clean. Almost clinical. Add some colour to the walls, add some posters or just some nice touches. Then, the studio would be even nicer to stay at.

The space - it's very big. The bed is comfortable, the small kitchen has everything you need in a big city, where you go out for lunch and dinner, but you do want the possibility to have your own breakfast in your own kitchen. The bathroom is nice, the shower really nice. There's a sofa, so you can hang somewhere else than on the bed. The apartment was very clean. The location is good - with lots of shops, bars and restaurants just a short walk away and many bus stops down the street.

Our studio apartment had only two big windows at the end of the room, which made it a bit dark. Since it was located right next to the entrance on the ground floor, we had to keep the curtains closed all the time, otherwise people would look directly into the apartment. Due to the entrance it was also always quite noisy whenever people entered or left the building or gathered before arriving/leaving. Lastly the safe which is where people would pick up /drop their keys during self check in/out made really loud beeping noises whenever a code was entered. So especially during late/early hours you would hear a beeping noise quite frequently. Something that was also a bit tricky was that our studio, which we lived in with three people, only had one key. So whenever we parted ways we needed to arrange how the rest of the group would get into the apartment later.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The studio Apartment seemed to be newly renovated and also really clean. The little courtyard with the chairs and tables offer a nice opportunity to chill a bit in the sun. The back building of the apartment house is really quiet (minus the few restrictions we had due to the location of our specific studio), so even though the building is close to a big road, you won’t hear much street noise.

All apartments are really well signposted to find except 1-5, but there was a phone to call, picked up immediately and spoke English so this is very minor. We were very happy and have willl be staying here next time

I stayed there several times already due to work and I was happy to find a room available again for the time period I needed. No bad surprise, everything went well from check-in to check-out and everything was clean and comfortable, with everything needed in the kitchen as during my previous stays. Would stay there again!

The room was very modern, new, cosy, extremely clean, with a greatly equipped kitchen. The size was perfect. The property was very well located in a beautiful place, close to the city center (less than 30 min bus ride). Thani, that worked in the property, was extremely helpful and lovely.

Street parking is a bit limited, but there is a parking garage across the street. Public transport close by!

Brand new furniture, nice style, very green and quite surroundings in the courtyard. Well equipped new kitchen. Friendly service. Nice neighborhood, plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

The place was recently renovated, it was quiet, well equipped. It was also close to the company I needed to visit, so alltogether it was a good choice and good experience.

Apartments are very small, there was very cold, no knife, no slippers and robe, so if you will need it, take it with you, wi-fi indicated, but doesn't work, there are no cleaning products other than soap and shower gel, the audibility in the room is high. There was a very unpleasant smell in the room. So for this price, I can't say that it's very good.

Clean, you are able to check in without reception any time, I found there coffee, sugar, salt and pepper .

Someone from the hotel came into our room uninvited, went through my bag, and stole money. Room service is only by request, which we didn't ask, so nobody should have entered our room without permission. There are no security cameras in the hallways and no safe in the room. Therefore, there was no way to prove who entered our hotel room. When we spoke to the manager, we got the refund for the remaining days we said we would not be staying. However, we didn't get a full refund of our entire stay or find the stolen money.

The room was very spacious and clean. It is located in a neighborhood where everything is within walking distance. Some rooms have access to a balcony for you to enjoy your cup of coffee outside.
