Shower was very close to the toilet, might be diificult for older people to climb over that one. This might have been the case just for our room.

We erroneuosly booked our room from Tuesday on while we needed it from Monday: not a problem at all! The friendly receptionist instantly changed our booking. Excellent self made jam and egg salad by the lovely tall lady from the breakfast crew. Quite a remarkable dedication from an employee 🤗

The room was outdated in furniture and style. The charm of the entrance and hallway did not continue in the room. The light color was terrible and the interior felt old and like leftovers.

It is quite basic, and we had to get up a narrow staircase to get to our room. Be cautious if you don’t want a shared toilet.

Overly priced, but to be fair all hotels were during this period as there was a big event happening in the city. Even though I booked and paid for a double bed, only one pillow was provided.

The breakfast is ok, but nothing to write home about. The buns are kind of dry. My biggest problem was with the door, which was somehow not installed correctly, and trembling and moving in its frame every time someone opened or closed a door somewhere else.

Everything went nicely with the hotel, it was easy to find and the staff was very friendly. I loved the design of my room, the antique wooden furnitures and the view to a quiet streets. My bathroom was a bit further away but I had no problem with that and was still completely mine. The location is perfect and the building is beautiful.

Somebody has a dog in the building, bed is two singles pushed tight together with two duvets, room size whilst big is wrongly proportioned really big bathroom with dead space but the bedroom section is small and compact so for the price paid it does feel slightly expensive

Wi-fi was not working in my room - when asked to have the issue fixed, staff just restarted the router and it still did not work, and they did not care that it did not. Since I needed the connection for work also, I found the experience stressful.

The room was very cold, especially the bathroom floor. The bathroom walls did not go all the way to the ceiling. The walls were more like room dividers. The room was not very soundproof. You could hear other guests talking and the light from the corridor came through a gap in the door. No hooks or shelves for your clothes or toilet bag in the bathroom while taking a shower.

Easy to find parking nearby. Comfortable beds. Quiet area.

Staff office balcony was right below my window and people were chain smoking there, which meant that my entire bedroom smelled like a chimney between 6:00am on every morning. It was extremely bothersome to be woken up to what felt like someone was suffocating you with cigarette smoke…

For a single room, i was positively overwhelmed with the space and amenities. There was a big comfy bed (sturdy mattress) with fresh pillows and duvet - set up for great sleep. I also had a large clean bathroom and a walk in closet. All in all, great value for a last min booking near conference center and public transport.

The staff didn't seem to know that we could buy cold drinks form them and appeared gouchy when we asked to purchase them.

The location was perfect and was in close proximity to the centre of the city. The neighbourhood location was beautiful and we enjoyed walking onthe streets.

Wifi was so so for one day, then it came better and I had no issue.

Very charming bedroom, comfortable, well decorated. Nice location close to Stephenplatz, big public garden, and Alster lake. I did not test the breakfast. The value for money was good, to my opinion.
