Price is very competitive. Staff is kind. Beds are nice. Room is quite. Bus 100 stops at 50 meters. A wonderful German restaurant is next door.

The only little thing might be the shower. The water never stayed on a nice temprature. It went from scortching hot to cold and back without moving the handle.

The staff was friendly, the location was perfect (shopping nearby, metro nearby, supermarket,...) the room was spacious and clean. We even got free coffee and croissants in the morning! Overall a really nice hotel for a few days trip.

No airconditioning so the room was very hot. There was a fan but only means circulating the same hot air. Opening the window was the option but early starting construction work spoiled that.

Some of the fixtures had a cheap feel, especially in the shower. The water would suddenly vary from warm to very hot, which was not good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the croissants and coffee in the morning. The room was reasonable spacious and comfortable. It's close to public transportation.

It has been a great stay at Sorat Hotel, Berlin! The personnel are kind, friendly, helpful and cooperative. There's a special 'staff', named 'Julius', she is soooo adorable! I requested early check-in and it was considered. 👍 Good breakfast is provided. I booked a double room classic with courtyard view, the atmosphere was pleasant and peaceful. The hotel is clean and comfy. It is located in a strategically good place-shops, bahn,bus stop and restaurants are nearby. The zoo is within walking distance and there are more tourist attractions in the surrounding area. It's not far from renowned shops:Zara, Mango, H&M, Primark and Karstadt...

Bathroom had a bit of smell (unsure if ventilation issue) and I couldn’t make the smart tv connect to the WiFi. Other than that all was good.

Great location with access to u-bahn and bus stops just close to the property. There’s also an Edeka grocery that closes at 12am nearby. The rooms are also clean and modern with lots of space, even for 3 people! Free croissants and hot drinks are a plus

It was a good experience. The area is well connected, and the hotel is tranquil, especially the rooms overlooking the inner courtyard. The building has an 80s look, which is part of Berlin's style, but it's good and comfortable for a weekend stay. The only thing that could be improved in the rooms is the addition of a mini fridge, which was advertised on Booking, and small trash bags, which I was given when I asked for them. There is also no air conditioning, which is common in many hotels in Berlin.

I was too hight in level 5, not 3 as innitally offered (room wirh carpetedfloor and nice armchairs..room at the 5 th floor was more...spartan lets say. And family with children next door screeaming some times in last days.

The hotel is decent, with very friendly staff. The location and proximity to metro stations and buses are excellent (everything is just around the corner). A good place for a pleasant stay. The croissant and coffee offered by the hotel in the morning are a really good idea.

The location was very convenient and the property is overall well-maintained. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room itself was super cozy and is perfect for a short getaway to Germany’s capital. The room was clean and had everything you need to make you feel comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant experience!! Will definitely opt for this place the next time I’m in Berlin 😊

Only negative was the shower, it was very difficult to find a nice temperature, it went from very hot to very cold. Also late check out was not possible which is understandable if they are fully booked.

I knew they clean after the third night, which is actually a very smart move given that the average number of nights spent in Berlin is three. So, I would recommend that the hotel management change this to every second night. You can still save money, but you should also provide a service to your clients.

The hotel and room is basic but in a good condition and location, close to metro, shops, restaurants. The free coffee and croissants in the morning are a nice way to start the day. The staff were nice, too.

Excellent location for exploring Berlin. Very good value for money. It is a basic hotel, nothing fancy, but the basics are done well. If you just want a good, basic room in a very convenient location, then this hotel is a good choice.

Everything was awesome

Kind and helpful staff, great location, shop AMD metro station few steps away. Clean rooms with nice and comfy beds, clean shorew corner with nice smelling installed soap! In case of hot weather a fan was also presented (not used) - much better than cold air-conditioning which may cause cold, that's a big plus for us 😊 Small breakfast corner of coffee/tea maker with fresh croissant was included for free of charge, also small present while check-out time - small choconut bar for trip back home

Only thing I found annoying were the keys. It is probably just me and my own stupidity and lack of experience with keys but I found the doors hard to open and had to ask the receptionist. Also I think it is a might of a safety concern that the keys have the hotels name and room number which if lost could be found by the wrong type of person.

I paid 260€ for 3 nights (85 a night) which is very reasonable in my opinion and compared to other major world cities it is very cheap for 3 nights. For example I stayed in Paris for 3 nights as well and it was 350€ in the outskirts of Paris. The staff were very lovely and helpful. The location might not be in central berlin but it right by a metro station and grocery store which was very convenient! The room was super spacious as a solo traveller and everything was clean. While there was no air conditioning you could two big windows and there is a fan! There is also a free small breakfast. Overall would recommend if you are looking for a simple good reasonably priced hotel!
