There is no table in the room, and the towel rack in my bathroom was broken.

The hotel is located next to the underground station, and the city centre is within walking distance. There are many shops and restaurants near the hotel, as well as a pharmacy and a REWE supermarket.

We had issues with the toilet first night it didn’t flush correctly and we had a loud noise all night as if it sounded like the tap was running, the WiFi also didn’t work on the first night at all completely slow! But then magically worked the second night! There was a key to get in and not a code system which was weird!

The TV didn't work, they said they would fix it the day after and it didn't happen. Facilities are small, including the room and toilet, but that is fine for a night or two.

There is no refrigerator, air condition and table in the room. My room was at the street side. Street noise sometime too nuch, also all noise coming from the next room's window was inside my room. One night the guests nextdoor were extremely drunk and noisy between 21:00-00:00, they knock our doors and shout and partied in the corridor. I called the reception but couldn't reach. I massaged hotel via booking.com to come and secure the floor. But there was no reply. Then somebody answered the phone around 23.45 and came. The guest left the hotel then.

The location is great, just 10 minutes walk from Marienplatz and one metro station to Main Railway station. It's possible to leave a laggage in hotel after check-out free of charge.

No Aircon in the family room that I booked. We were ok as the temperature was a bit cool for the night we stayed. But if you are going there in the summer months, think twice. Lack of basic appliance like a kettle. No tea/ coffee as the hotel charges EUR$2 for tea or coffee that you can make yourself in the lobby.

The first room was tiny, but the new room was great.

The location is terrific- right at the edge of the Altstadt and 2 minute walk to the U-bahn. Elevator to room was convenient. Our first room had a shower with no door and a super long shower curtain that made safe showering impossible. the front desk immediately moved us to another room which, to our delight, was much larger with a bigger bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The price was so affordable, especially considering the great location.

The shower has good pressure and gets hot but it's tight quarters for a good sized man.

I've walked by Hotel Sendlinger Tor many times while passing through the Tor, itself. I've also seen it advertised at good prices, in the past but for some reason always passed it by on Rating. Anyway, yesterday, I had a last minute change of plans and decided to give it a go. I was pleasantly surprised. Yes, it has its limitations and is a bit dated but the 🛌 was good and the location was great.

There is no air conditioning and so the rooms get extremely hot very quickly even with the fan on. Would not recommend this hotel if you’re staying longer than 3 nights. Was not the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in either.

The property is only down the road to the old town. So it is in a good location.

No air con as it was currently a heat wave in Munich. Because it’s so central location, it’s also very noisy with the sounds of the city.

We got upgraded to an apartment for free and was a nice big space with big windows that look out to the city. The location was really central, we could just step out of the hotel and we were there in the city.
