I had such a great stay at hotel maison am Olivaer platz, the staff were super friendly and helpful,the place was clean, and the vibe was really chill perfect for meeting others travels.

Everything is good, nothing is complete,

The location is great, it's really great value for money, staff were really nice, helpful and kind. The room was designed nicely, very clean, our towels were regularly changed, the hotel itself is small and that's actually really nice. The location was really perfect, lots of bars, restaurants around, feels quite safe and very well connected to the main train station and city center. We were very happy with this hotel and we would definitely go again. Our room had a balcony, and a fridge - both were also great to have.

While our room did have a fridge it was a bit of a shame we could not find a kettle, and the wifi seemed to be disabled at night time. The building entrance also feels a bit rough, but honestly the hotel itself is really nice. overall great experience, with small downsides.

The rooms had a certain atmosphere, in a very positive way. One of the rooms even had a balcony with a view of busy Berlin.

One room had air conditioning, while the other didn’t. There were no trash bins in either room, and in the room where three of us stayed, the bedding for the third person was not prepared.

Very cozy inexpensive small hotel oozing of atmosphere! Very nice staff. Located close to Kurfürstendamm near the “expensive shops”. Loads of small local restaurants. It seems like Charlottenburg is a melting pot of different nationalities which gives a wide sort of restaurants to choose from. Short walk to the U-bahn and shopping at Kurfürstendamm and Wilmeradorfter Strasse. The hotel is a bit worn, but this is what you can expect from a hotel in this price range. Beds are fine and comfy and the private bathroom is big enough.

Maybe I was not precise while booking, but found apartments in the second floor of the old building instead of hotel. Breakfast was cancelled. Bed was not comfortable, Pillow was awful. "Greeting" bottle of water for 3.5€ ?!

Possibility of Late Check in after i call to hotel and also no problem with Check out 2 hours later.

So cosy and clean, it was also very quite me the window was internal and looking at a tree

The hotel's location was very close to the center - nearby there were various cafes and restaurants. The hotel itself was very awful, very old - it had no elevator. If you go to the hotel in the evening, it looks scary as there is no lighting to go up the stairs to the hotel, the stairs are old wooden. To go up the stairs, you need to turn on the phone lighting, otherwise it looks too scary - The price for the hotel I booked does not meet the conditions at all - The room was small - bathroom - it was small and the water if you shower water comes out in the room - On the first day when I saw breakfast I thought it was included in the price and continued having breakfast for 3 days in a row - on the last day when I left the hotel the receptionist asked me to pay for breakfast for 3 days from 10 € - it is not worth paying - because breakfast is not breakfast - there is bread and rules. In the end of all this if you travel for 1-3 days it is worth the price if breakfast is included - otherwise this hotel is not worth visiting from my point of view

The location is very good, very close to shops, restaurants and the metro! We had some car trouble and the reception, even though they were closed, made it possible to get our key, very kind of them.

We requested a double bed, but got two separate beds with the message saying there were no double beds available anymore. The walls are very thin and everything was creaking, the bed, the floor, the toilet, the faucet, the stairs, literally everything. We were going to a swimming pool and asked the staff if we could borrow 2 extra towels to take with us, and they told us no and to go buy our own.

Parking is a problem. Other than that the hotel was cool.
