The staff were really nice. We were running late a little and then they called us to make sure we are arriving on site safely and they told us we can actually check in with the machine instead of checking with the person and you can go there anytime of Day or night and check in with the machine which is nearby the door. I think overall the price is a bit expensive compared to the location but if you are planning to visit the city, I recommended.

The hotel staff are very friendly. The hotel room was clean and nice. The location is wonderful by the Kurpark and very easily accessible for walks with our dog. The breakfast buffet is amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Also, pat-friendly! The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect – close to major attractions but still peaceful and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely stay here again in the future!

During peak hours of later in the evening, finding parking can be a challenge due to the parking lot is for the hotel and local apartments. Twice I was forced to park on the street.

The Breakfast was exceptionally good and quite filling. The staff is courteous, professional and beyond helpful.

The hotel was good but certainly not 4-star quality. They do not even have a 24-hour reception. The check-in is okay when you arrive within reception hours, but when you arrive late you have to get your key out of a safe, the location is not very well communicated though. We had to help a stranded guest in the evening who could not find the safe. Luckily we had to use the same location to get the key to the bike parking out, so we were able to show him where the safes were.

The location is really good, close to the city center and the Franken Thermen. I can certainly recommend these thermen. The appartment is quite small (kitchen included), but very efficiently furnished. You find room for everything you need to store. Bad Windsheim is a beautiful village. Bike lanes are very good, you can easily bike for instance to Rothenburg ob der Tauber, which is even more beautiful than Bad Windsheim. A good, closed bike parking is available. We did not have any meals at the hotel, so we cannot judge the food.

The room we checked in at first had spider webs and dead mosquitoes on the bed. Immediately, we were upgraded to another room, which, although it didn't have spider webs, was covered in dust. We had to clean it all by ourselves before we could use anything. I don't mind it being dusty, but the fact that they call themselves a 4-star hotel disappointed me the most. I would never go back again.

Location is all fine as it is very close to the Franken Therme.

The place was amazing, very quiet. It was very easy to relax here. Friendly staff, very good food. However the only downsides were very hard beds and a minimal shower. We would rate our expierence 6.5 out of 10. Mainly because of the beds and 0.5 cause of the shower. Loved the expierence overall
