There were no hot drink facilities in the room, however, there were two bottles of complimentary water, and the hotel has a vending machine located next to the lift in the underground parking.

A lovely hotel in a quiet part of Fulda, within walking distance of the centre. The room had modern furnishings, a small safe in the closet, a desk, chair, and comfortable double bed. The breakfast was a typical Continental-style, with plenty of fresh bread, assorted cheeses, cold meats, fruit juice, fruit and yoghurts, and a very popular coffee machine. Onsite parking is also available for a small charge overnight.

We stayed two nights. Excellent location for touring on foot. We parked our car in the secure garage at check-in and didn't drive it until we left. Very nice lobby with friendly staff. Easy walk to Dom, Schloss, Old town and shops. Wiesen-Muhle Brauerei is a short walk down the street with a fine selection of beers and food. You can walk off your meal on the pleasant bike/walking trail that adjoins. The breakfast selection was good and well presented. Staff at breakfast was very attentive and helpful not only in providing lactose-free milk for coffee but remembering and bringing a pitcher out without being asked on the second morning. That is great hospitality.

The pillows were not so comfortable. But this is something you would complain for any hotel in Germany :)

Everything was perfect. The room was spacious and warm. The hotel is close to the castle, so location wise is great. The staff was very helpful. They even broad me an iron board to my room to iron my clothes. The breakfast was diverse and delicious. My husband was allowed to work at the hotel lobby and we were also prepared a table to eat our ordered pizza for lunch.

No complaints at all. We didn't park at the hotel so I can't comment on that. The car park at Am Rosengarten costs 3.50 for 24 hours and is a short walk through the park from the hotel.

Everything was clean and new. The whole hotel was spotless. The street felt like a leafy suburb, and there was a nice park at one end, but it was only five minutes walk away from the cathedral and ten minutes from the centre of the shopping district. Breakfast was good and the dishes of food were frequently replenished. We arrived at 13.30 and were able to check in straightaway, which we appreciated.

- the bathroom did make some click and janky noises during the night for no apparent reason which is why I couldn’t fall asleep as easily and got woken up a few times by it as well - also, the shower doors didn’t close fully during the shower so it kinda leaked onto the floor and I had to mop off the water. Not a fan of that. Luckily there was an extra towel for exiting the shower so that solved that issue.

- the sound isolation with closed windows was nice, couldn’t hear the church bells during the night nor the city sounds. I was staying during the winter so mind that. - breakfast was great. Pretty darn fresh and tasty. Lots of space and tables. All prepared and set up really neatly. - hotel staff was professional and forth coming - the room was spacious and the bed felt nice
