The only downside is that the hotel is close to the railroad, so it can get quite loud in rooms facing the tracks, even with the windows closed. However, if you can tolerate it or have earplugs, it shouldn’t be a problem.

The hotel was nice, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were well maintained. The complimentary breakfast is always a plus. On top of that, the price for the stay was excellent — I believe this is the best budget hotel in the city.

Down pillows and quilts but my fault as I forgot to ask for alternatives. Room was very light when the sun came up in the early morning even with the blinds fully down.

Great big, bright room and bathroom which were immaculately clean. The whole hotel was immaculate. Also very reasonably priced for the area with a friendly owner. Variety of breakfast food was very good and plenty of it, also allocated us a table together, we had 3 rooms as it was a group of friends. . . Thank you for that. Location next to train station was great as we travelled by train and its a short walk to town from there. We did hear the trains passing late at night but it didn't disturb us either then or through the night. Would book again if I'm in that area.

They did not supply shampoo. They use feather bed covers, so warn them if you do not like that.

Variety in breakfast is limited. (Breakfast is unlimited). No restaurants nearby so no scope for lunch dinner. Lucas guided me to go to nearby restaurants. Almost 15 minute's walk. complete room vibrates when train passes.

Location very near to station but very noisy when train passes by. i was given room no 1 on 2nd floor which is right next to train tracks. complete room vibrates when train passes. Rooms are good, big, clean. Toilets are clean and 24x7 hot water.

Not enough power points in bedroom. None spare that I found so everything got charged in the bathroom. A bit of train noise because "Hotel Bahnhof". Slight mix up with contactless check-in and missing email but easily solved.

Comfy bed. Spacious room. Fresh reno. Good light with windows that open. Big bathroom with plenty of hot water. Very clean. Convenient location: interesting neighbourhood with Altestadt and waterfront an easy walk away. Friendly English speaking host. Good brekky. Great bike storage.

Pillow was pretty worn out, could have used a second one. If I had stayed longer, I would have asked for one. I am certain it would not have been a problem to get one.

The place was reasonably priced, clean and in walking distance to old town. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was quiet, you can hardly hear the trains! I would come again.
