Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

However, at check-in an amount equal to the cost of my stay was blocked on my card, and at check-out the same amount was charged to my account without releasing the hold. As a result, the hotel both charged me the full amount and kept the same sum blocked for another two weeks. This left me without sufficient funds in my foreign currency account during the rest of my trip, and I lost part of my money due to unfavorable exchange rates and additional bank fees. Despite contacting the hotel by phone and being assured that the hold would be released earlier, I had to wait two weeks before my money was finally unblocked.
In general, I rate the hotel very well. The surroundings were nice, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly.

Having the option for an underground parking was very convenient but it would be good to be part of the final price of the accomodation but not separately paid. The sofa was a bit noisy to sleep on.
The location is amazing, either walking distance from where you would like to go or easily reachable by public transportation. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, they provided really valuable advice how we can get the most of our time! The breakfast was wonderful, plenty of options for every taste, local options and everything was super delicious! The restaurant was very good (although a bit slow) as well!

The extendable couch was dated, making a lot of noise and a bit of a safety hazard considering there was a child sleeping on it
The staff was great, very friendly and accommodating. They even brought a stroller from home to help us out.

The size of the room is a bit small. That was the only disappointing factor. The bathroom nice was really nice.
The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The staff at breakfast were also very helpful. We really liked the gentleman at the reception desk named Kareem. He went out of his way to find restaurants for us and make reservations. Even offered us an umbrella in the rain.

The hotel is not new. All okay, all clean, but just a bit outdated. Only 4 free-parking spots. Underground garage is great, but costs 15 euro per night… This seems a bit unnecessary for the room that costs 300+ per night.
Swimming pool, sauna, balcony with great view! Friendly personnel. Good breakfasts. Hotel location is very convenient. WiFi worked fine Mini-bar / fridge + coffee machine in the room.

Evening meal (all inclusive option) lacked a bit of variety and quality. Mainly a buffet - salad/soup for starters, choice of two for main course and simple desserts. A la carte options were far superior.
Size of room, cleanliness, option not to have room serviced in exchange for 5 Euro voucher, breakfast buffet (especially bread rolls!). Staff very helpful and friendly too and hotel’s quiet location near centre of town.
