Although breakfast was a little limited compared to that offered in other hotels on our trip, we didn't go hungry.

Comfortable hotel in a convenient location. There was a festival going on nearby which was great fun. (It wrapped up well before bedtime!) And a short walk to find restaurants etc.

The location was convenient; however, it was on a busy road and had an unpleasant aspect. When booking, could these hotels please state that they do not offer dinner and possibly provide recommendations? The Room had a kettle and a small kitchen area, as the sofa bed was made up, it had no casual seating area. No small welcome tea/ coffee etc in the room.

Breakfast was good, and the room was great. Although it was set up for four people with two double beds and a pull-out sofa, we only needed one bed. It seems the hotel/B&B didn’t check our booking. Overall, the room was very good. The reception team was welcoming and spoke English, they guided us to the only open restaurant in the area Parking was very good and close to the hotel

There’s not a lot to dislike…

It’s a bit old in style but tastefully done for the era… I actually enjoyed it. The host was super and the breakfast fresh and very good. The hard boiled eggs were a highlight. I also loved how big and spacious the rooms were

We had quite a big car and couldn't fit in the spots left near the entrance. The stuff wasn't friendly and didn't help us to find parking, another guest helped us to find a spot behind the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful inside, we also had a balcony in our room which was nice. Breakfast is quite good. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

The buffet area was a little small. We had to wait for the other guests to get their food before we could get ours. The food on offer was what you would expect. Eggs were perfectly cooked. Coffee was okay.

Although the description on the site said it had a restaurant it didn’t and after a long drive we had to search a small town for something to eat on a Monday night when most things are closed. We rely on the description of facilities to be correct and base our choice on such, especially parking ( we have a classic car) and restaurant so we don’t have to go searching after a long days drive

Location, History of the place! Just talk to the host. Some items of old furniture, still in use today. All blends in, absolutelly amazing place.

I travelled on business. The hotel is situated in the town centre. The room was as described. The hotel offers free parking. The breakfast was tasty. I find a correct relationship between the price and the standard provided.

Unfortunately, the breakfast quality of the hotel is very low, and also the reception employee protested to my colleague because of taking extra bread. Low quality breakfast and uncomfortable bed.
