The check in process was very slow, a que formed and they had a long wait to be seen. The hotel needs to update the process or emply another staff member. No tea/coffee in the room. Staff reluctant to allow access to the underground car park-dispite very limited parking outside. Decour dated.

Great location with stunning views, outside terrace to enjoy them. Short walk into the town. Secure underground parking. Large rooms. Very clean. Good breakfast.

The only downside to our stay was that the room did not have a view of the beautiful surrounding mountains. It was also unpleasant that the room was on the ground floor, easily accessible through the window from the adjacent parking lot, thus we did not dare to leave the window wide open at night.

A very pleasant and well-equipped hotel. We arrived for just one night, with backpacks and by train. It took us a while to find the right path from the train station up to the hotel, so that we didn't have to take the longer route along the road or wait for a bus. The view from the hotel is beautiful, but unfortunately our room faced the back side and we could only see the parking lot. The room and bathroom were perfectly clean, the staff professional, and the breakfast tasty and varied enough. There was no problem with storing our luggage after check-out. The guest card we received saved us a few euros on admission to the Freilicht museum near Marzoll.

Excellent location for visiting the eagles nest and surrounding area. It was our anniversary while away and they decorated the room and gave us a bottle of champagne which was very kind.

Good location, albeit a walk up a steep hill from the station. Great views from the restaurant and terrace out over the town and mountains. Comfortable, very spacious room and bathroom. Clean. Good to have a fridge. Staff were very helpful.

We liked the views from the hotel but unfortunately we got a room with a view of the garages behind the hotel that had lights that came on whenever someone drove in even early in the morning. The breakfast was very good and the staff was also helpful. It was a 10-15 minute walk to town .

Excessively noisy rubbish bins being moved by hotel staff early in the morning outside our room; hotel staff (the bin operator?) talking loudly from the outside to staff inside through a window. Disappointing lack of respect for hotel guests.

The woman on checkout wasn’t so helpful, seemed annoyed to help. Also the spa was only open certain hours to was unavailable for our stay.

slightly outdated hotel equipment, however everything was clean. we had a mountain view room, if we hadn't we would probably have been slightly disappointed with the other views from other sides of the hotel

The room was great. We had a room that didn't offer much of a view, but that didn't matter since we were out and about most of the time. The staff was great, especially the folks in the bar, and the breakfast was really good. Would not hesitate to stay there again.
