Too expensive. Room and location does not match the price.

The main puzzle pieces are in the place, but the price is not correct. We had better room in better location with less the price. This is kind of off-central location, and room didn't have things like fridge or spare pillow. The receptionist spoke excellent english and was very good, also the breakfast was spot on. But, too pricey.

Breakfast time could be earlier. Because we tourists try to leave for the mountains earlier.

The hotel is very cool, located in a cozy village. The rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished. Good connections to the nearest town of Berchtesgaden. The breakfast was very good.

Hotel is close to the road so the road noise can be a detractor during rush hours. We slept through it well enough.

Seemed very new or recently renovated. Our family room worked great; lots of space. Parking was no problem at all and conveniently located adjacent to a restaurant, bakery, apo theme. Two grocery stores only minutes drive from hotel. Incredible view of mountains all around. Mile (owner/manager) was so kind with our requests for extra pillows. Breakfast was good with decent variety. Room was cleaned daily which was great. Fantastic balcony that wrapped around the corner with two doors.

The mattress and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. We were expecting a king bed so that our baby could sleep with us but instead there were two single mattresses pulled together. We weren't expecting any room service but automated selling machines would be a great option at this particular location where nothing is around. The breakfast was very poor but ok. The receptionist we encountered only once at the reception other than that there was a phone number to call in case you needed someone to be there (partly understandable).

The hotel was probably recently renovated with nice decor. The location also was great. There was a restaurant right next to the hotel with excellent food, service and atmosphere.

Felt the room was a bit dated, especially after being spoilt for the past 6 nights.

The bed was very comfy & we enjoyed a restful sleep. Facilities are clean, staff are helpful and there was a good breakfast. Great location to use as a base to visit the local area.

breakfast was okay but less amount of fruits! when I asked for refilling the plates for fruits, it was ignored by staff! breakfast room has windows but all were closed without possibility to open!!! Our room was located in second floor and balcony has nice view but unfortunately it was on road side which it was too noisy and you heared the cars all the time😑

Room was tight to put luggage for 2 people. Shower was very small and door didn't close well and made a mess on the floor. Busy highway nearby kept constant noise up. No air conditioner or fan caused us to have to leave door open which also let in the road noise.

The location is excellent! Excellent staff. Great breakfast. Love having an elevator. Ease of access from the parking lot. No extra charge for parking. Great views from balcony!

We had an issue with the hairdryer burning out and smoking and there were no staff around to deal with this (although it was 9.30pm, so after reception was closed, there was not an alternative number). We just had to open the windows to get rid of the smell and reported it in the morning.

The hotel was in a great location, very pretty and with a fabulous restaurant next door (not connected to the hotel). Our room was comfortable, large and with air conditioning although starting to show it's age. Breakfast was amazing, the breakfast room was lovely and we had everything we wanted.

Noisy location. Hotel is near the main road. Cars start early. Smell of smoke from grounf floor. No water or juice during breakfast- waited 15 minutes. No glasses for coffee.

The room is spacious and comfortable, very clean, and we enjoyed our time there. Breakfast was great and the restaurant nearby was open until quite late so we still had a proper dinner after a late afternoon hike.
