It was a very rainy weekend and there was no water kettle in the room.I got caught with some cold. Was bit uncomfortable not having some hot water at night when required. First time experiencing this from a hotel .

The hallway that led to our room was very hot because of the sauna that was at the end of the hallway.

The room comes without any Water Boiler and Mini Bar. The Bathroom is pretty small, the shower is tiny, hardly fits you in. When we requested a Water Boiler, we were asked to wait till tomorrow morning when Housekeeping is back in hotel. We ordered soup, it was very cold and tasteless !

The location is pretty good, the room size and balcony is very good. The swimming pool was cosy !

this hotel is nice, but it is too expensive value/ money. Small room over the 170E/ night is over. Normal price for this type of hotel I can about 100E/ night. BUT I know, that was main season and the hotel can make different action with prices...

The elevator did not reach the upper floor and was a bit scary

We had booked a familyroom but got a whole appartment with 2 bedrooms, one with table and chairs to eat, bathroom and teakitchen (although the cook was switched off). It was great! Dogs should be restricted to certain time at breakfast or maybe just outside & under control of owners at night time & not barking . Place was lovely, just a few suggestions to make it even more enjoyable especially for wet days. Suggestions: 1. update a play room with LEGO , blocks or magna tiles 2. provide decks of playing cards, draughts, chess , uno to rent for 1/2 nights. 2. Table tennis

It was unknown to me that our room would be located outside of the main premises. We had to walk for breakfast and dinner always over to the main building, which was inconvenient with a small child in bad weather conditions

Our family had a fantastic stay here. The buffet breakfast was amongst the best we've ever had!! We don't speak any German which might have made us feel embarrassed, but a particular member of staff (Norbert) could speak English fluently, and he went out of his way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Really beautiful location too with so many sights and attractions on our doorstep.
