I cannot think of anything.

The staff were all great. The little kitchen with refrigerator and mini bar was very useful. The room was nice sized with large table, chairs and couch. The bed was very comfortable. I found that one side of the bed was firmer than the other, which is my preference. The balcony was very welcome for sun, fresh air, and to watch the sun go down in the evening. The location was a little far from where I was working, but the location in Bad Tolz was perfect, quiet and only short walk to restaurants and the center of Bad Tolz, so it was well worth a little longer drive to Penzberg. The breakfast was very good, great coffee. I wish I would have had time for the spa and fitness room. I have already booked another stay here.

A lovely well kept property with good sized room & comfy beds. Breakfast was really good. Staff were friendly & helpful. Hotel doesn’t have the facilities to have your evening meal but the village centre is only 5 minutes walk away with plenty of options available. We went to Rocco’s & had great pizzas

The wellness area was a bit disappointing. water temperature at the jacuzzi was too low and the sauna area was not so inviting

The hotel is amazing, the rooms are super spacious and very comfortable. They have everything someone might require for their stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. They were very dog friendly. overall our stay in Hotel Alpenhof was exceptional.

From Munich and the other Bavarian attractions it’s a little bit far, but that’s sort of the point!!

I loved the space that the room provided. Not only did we have a couch and dining table but a kitchenette and balcony! The spa is also a wonderful bonus and fruhstuck is wonderful.

We loved everything about this hotel! Stunning quality throughout, fantastic facilities. We had an apartment with wood lined features throughout and a lovely balcony. We loved the spa and hot tub: this definitely helped after a long drive. There was free car parking in a spacious car park at the back of the hotel. It was a shame we couldn't stay longer.

So nice to have on site, easily accessable and ample parking when on a long road trip. Both hosts were helpful, engaging and hospitality focused. We had a great nights rest here.

-The hotel was wonderful!! I was with my son-in-law Justin and grandson Reed. This was their first time in Europe, I lived in Bad Tolz when I was in high school in Munich, graduated in 1951, My Father was an Army Chaplain. He was with the "Big Red One" We lived in Villa Flick. a lovely very large home that my family enjoyed, I lived during the week i Munich home with 12 girls, Bad Tolz was my favorite place in Germany. The reason I wanted Justin and Reed to see where my Father had preached on Sunday, Although they dis not know German, I understood most of the sermon and loved singing the songs, My dream for returning to Germany has now bee n where I wanted them to see the place that is my favorite German village, Your hotel was a wonderful place to stay - just wish it had been longer, Also breakfast was delicious! I could store my bicycle in the garage. There are several shops, restaurants and a supermarket in walking distance. This hotel is perfect when you want to recharge for the next couple of cycling days.
