The room was spacious and comfortable and the saff was very friendly and accommodating.

The cleaning was not great. When I arrived the toilet had stains.

The location is brilliant - direct access to Messe.. easy walk to great restaurants

Room was spacious, very clean and in a nice location. Just a couple of stops from the centre. I would definitely stay there again.

It was nice, new , clean and very spacious. Close to the centre just a couple of team stops away. There was a bakery and supermarkets near by but it wasn't a noisy area.

Great location, air conditioning was very welcome.

The check-in is bad. You have to call a number to retrieve your key card. Once in your room, there's no information regarding the breakfast, the wifi, etc.. I had only one pillow and a small bedsheet for a two person bed. I called the guy on the phone to ask for it. There was no one in the hotel to help me. He told me it would be fixed the day later. When I arrived late in my room it wasn't fixed. I explained the situation during checkout,.the lady told me "why didn't you asked twice ?" First, you never have to ask twice in the hotel industry and secondly I would have done it if I wasn't working all day long !! Also the breakfast is okay, I would add more fruits in my opinion. The room itself is pretty empty. You can feel it's not really optimized

Comfortable bed.

Window didn't close properly. Room was very hot and noisy. Trams and a busy road outside. No tea or coffee facilities in the room or lobby. (Though nice receptionist gave me a kettle the second day).

Great value for money accommodation close to the city with direct access to public transport. The room was very clean & tidy, and contains all the essentials for a short visit. Staff were very helpful arranging luggage storage upon check-out.

very central and quiet, especially in the annex building which is reachable from behind the hotel

not really bad, but parking is very narrow and on an old duplex parking system for 15€ per day. It's manageable, if you know your car, but wouldn't recommend it with a larger or heavier car

Room is clean and spacious. Bathroom is spacious as well. It has Big size TV, mini fridge and air conditioning. The staff is very friendly. Definitely worth the money.
