The reception staffing was very limited and so check in was only during very limited hours. The hotel provided 1 set of physical keys but required us to give credit card details for a €50 deposit to take a 2nd set (it was a twin room for business, so we needed 2 sets). This was not taken as a card machine deposit like I expected but they copied my card number and security key onto a piece of paper and this they would use if we didn't return the keys. This is very unsafe in terms of CC fraud and made me feel very uncomfortable. I will now need to change my credit card due to security risks which is a hassle I could do without. I do not know what would happen if you lost the keys outside of the very limited reception hours, as there was no body there after 1800, I expect you would have to find another accommodation which could be difficult or impossible.

The location was excellent, the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff, when present, were friendly and helpful.

Front door was locked until specific times when reception was open. Outside that time you could not contact provider by any means. Taxi won’t deliver because street is walking only. We walked from Dammtor station with three bags. Restaurants nearby see lots of stranded visitors at this hotel. Expensive for this inconvenience. Bathroom worked but very very small. Felt that description did not match what we found.

It was convenient to explore the city. Easy walk to city centre and sights and lots of food options immediately outside on street. Once you checked in you have a key and can come and go as you please.

The rooms could do with a mini fridge. That's about it.

Location was fantastic, close to bars, restaurants, a big park and shops, while being less than a 10 minute walk to Dammtor Train station. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It did the job for us. I know there were reviews criticising the hotel for being in need of renovation, but we had everything we needed and the shower water pressure was excellent. I think there was a little kitchen we could have used in the morning but we preferred going to the many bakeries for breakfast.

It was not the cleanest room I stayed in; there was dirt in the sink and on the bed sheets. The bathroom lacked proper amount of shampoo and there was no toothpaste available.

The location is great and check-in & check-out were smooth. I did not spend much time in the room but the bed was quite comfortable. Hot water wasn't an issue and there was a hair-dryer in the room.

The location is very good, close to the metro, lots of attractions within walking distance. The room faced the yard, so it was quiet and peaceful. Very nice service, daily cleaning.

There's the kitcher of a restaurant under room 15, it could be a little noisy till 10.30 pm, not too much.

Unfortunately the room was small, bed was not so comfortable, curtains were not adequate for darkening ( in summer this can become more unpleasant). There was carpet on the floor. The toilet was very small, in particular the sink ( if you are taller than 180 cm you can struggle a lot for the space). Personal care products were in short supply: just one sachet of shampoo and one of body soap. Not good value, considering the position. It should be renovated, I avoid commenting on the walls.

I mainly liked the central location and shops and services around the hotel. The staff was very gentle and kind. The shower was wonderful and the hairdryer worked properly. It looked clean. My room was at the back, overlooking a parking lot, so very quiet except for when restaurants threw out bottles occasionally.

Room was very run down. Although I know it's to be expected in an old building, the furnishings are very cheap and the carpet was old and frayed.

The location, very nice area. Lift. It was relatively comfortable.

At home i have a big bed and with a hard matras. So i am spoiled with my own bed. The first two night i couldn t get the heat out of the room.

It s only to use for sleeping. The breakfast on the corner is great.
