Very cold room, even with radiator it took long time to get some comfortable temperature. There are just few parking spaces. When we arrive, all was full and we needed to park some 200-300m from hotel.

Big room, very clean, beautiful bathroom. Responsive staff. Not big breakfasts, but was enough amd delicious.

This place could easily be excellent with very little improvements, fixing the light switch tightly to the wall, loose door handle, there was an empty shower gel dispenser in the shower cubical, and just changing a mattress in the smaller beds which were very soft ( we had 2 rooms for 5 people), one of the bedrooms the back of the wardrobe wasn't attached properly. And maybe a good sweep with a broom. In the beer garden. Saying all that these are only a little things which could bring the rating much higher, it didn't bother us really and we would stay again. The man at reception was really friendly. I hope this will help the owner to remedy these little details.

Sofa beds are pretty solid so not the most comfortable.

The whole place, the staff and the locale were all ideal for a 1 or 2 night stay. On a hill so walking anywhere involves effort. Nice beer garden.

Had to park a few blocks away by a bus stop where parking was free from 7pm to 9am because hotel parking was full. Room door was hard to latch when closing.

Excellent breakfast, large and nice room. Staff were pleasant and nice. Hotel left key for us because we arrived after midnight. Good internet.

Room very small, cramped, poor quality bedding, poorly outfitted. Bathroom not very functional (shower leaked) and bathroom was extremely narrow…problem for sitting on toilet. No toiletries provided. Room had small window set up high on wall with no view or chance of ventilation…blocked by outside wall. Photos online showed some better rooms….this one was not shown on site.

We booked a quadrauple room with bunk beds for children however this wasn't available so we were given an alternative room which felt a bit cramped. This could have been avoided.

Doors are thin and some of the guests we loud at night waking us up. Parking was no issue when we checked in early. After dinner, I had to park down the street at the nearby imbiss. Wish the front desk during check-in would have clearly explained the parking situation.

Location was convenient by car. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was great. Lots of options. Healthy, tasty food. Meats, cheeses, yogurts, cereals, boiled and over easy eggs. Views were a bit obscured by trees and buildings. There's a great little path next to the neighbors house that allows for better, unobscured views of the river.

It would be nice to have a kettle and tea/coffee facilities in the room.

It was a short drive to the city centre, but we did not experience public transport. The hotel staff were helpful. It was a great surprise to see the view of the river Rhein through the trees from the window of the room. The hotel rooms were clean. Breakfast was very satisfactory. I would like to stay in this hotel again and I recommend it.

I arrived really late, they had prepare a note in English explaining what time was the breakfast. The toilet is incredible. They are renovating the place, and all worked well.

Kitchen wasn’t open for dinner which was a shame as there were not many places to eat nearby.
