The only thing that was disappointing was the truffle fries and the curry sausage.. And we feel that we shouldn't have been charged for these 2 items..

It was the best breakfast in the world 🌎 The position was amazing.. to be right next to the Brandenburg Gates was truly incredible. This was our second stay in the Adlon and it is still a fabulous experience..

Really there was nothing to complain about.

Location is perfect. All facilities are at a very high standard and the service is as well. Dinner in the lobby-level “brasserie “ was excellent and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever experienced.

While we were upgraded to an executive Suite (for more $), the front desk said we would have a lovely view of the garden but instead we looked out at a building.

Breakfast was busy but I guess 9am is likely to be a pretty popular time.

All of the staff were fantastic. The view of the Brandenburg Gate from our suite was incredible. Huge comfortable bed. Loved the swimming pool and enjoyed listening to piano music in the lobby bar.

The location was fab great location to walking to major sites when visiting Berlin. The breakfast was very good. Lots of choices and always replenished.

We had very high hopes for the breakfast, and although it was good, it wasn't to the same standard as everything else. We had a disscussion between ourselves about the distinction of shabby vs patina; Some of our furniture was a bit scuffed around the edges, and there was a strange cabinet in our room that looked as if it was for an old CRT television.

The Hotel Adlon did not disappoint, The large bedroom was very comfortable, the bathroon was spacious, there was room to sit comfortably as well. We had a lovely view from our corridor onto rooftop gardens that were well-maintained. At breakfast we had a great view of the Brandenburg gate.

The beds was not comfortable for our taste. Most of the staff we encountered was very nice, but unfortunately some did not seem to enjoy to be working there. No smiles and bad energy.

Everything was fabulous and memorable. The hotel itself is stunning, staff is warm, kind and helpful. The room was superb and particularly comfortable with fluffy bed and pillows, Ferragamo products and elegant furnishings. The breakfast, although rather pricey, is a highlight with its range of high quality fresh products. If you enjoy fresh fruits, caviars, salmon, fancy jams and granola, it really worth it. There are some more British style options too, but then, I am not sure 61€+ would justify it just for that. I would love to return to the Adlon Kempinski if I ever return to Berlin.

It is fairly large property with over 300 rooms. Bathroom is dated, in need of urgent makeover.
