There is no floor drain on the bathroom floor(not the showering one).

People are all nice and the address is so convenient for getting out to eat or shopping for drink and food. Also it is clean and and convenient to live for a little bit long period.

The wifi in the room was not good enough to have zoom meetings without frequent "freezing". The kitchen didn't have all essentials, like a chopping board, and even though I was told the cleaning staff would bring one to my room the next day, it never arrived and I never pursued it further. The TV also had no internet connectivity, so Netflix and other options like chromecast available on the remote were not an option. But everything else was really good.

Very comfortable apartment, reasonable location close to supermarkets and a 5 minute walk to buses. The gym was good, and access to laundry facilities was good, but I didn't have any coins.

Comfortable, central, and excellent service! We stayed at Adagio Kurfürstendamm Apart Hotel during our trip to Berlin and had a truly wonderful experience. The room was very comfortable and ideal for a longer stay. Since it’s an apart hotel, it was a big advantage to be able to cook whatever we wanted — the kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances. Cleanliness and location were also great, with easy access to many places in the city. What really made our stay special, however, was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. We would like to sincerely thank Hossein and Catherina in particular — both were extremely helpful, friendly, and solution-oriented. They made us feel truly welcome and their support made our stay even more enjoyable. If we visit Berlin again, we would definitely choose this place once more. Thank you, Adagio team!

The mattress needs replacement. Cleanliness: the carpet in the hallway was not clean. Kitchen: dishwasher was greasy, and so were the plates. In the fridge, there was a grape left by the previous guest. Was the fridge not cleaned before I came in?

I definitely liked the location. The staff was very friendly and eager to please. I also enjoyed the breakfast - which I paid extra for. Quality was very good as well as its variety of food.

Its quite a small space so we put up the murphy bed sometimes and had to clean the floor underneath. This is an easy fix and they should assume that people may want to do that because otherwise you really have nowhere to sit and eat a meal. There was a lack of chairs and table to eat, but we made it work with a desk once we had space. Perhaps stools for the counter would be a solution. I would stay here again for sure.

We had a great experience here. The room was modern and comfortable with a nice little kitchen. For Berlin, this is very good value. We parked the car for free about 1km away which was great. Its quiet and a good location for getting to great cafes and interesting attractions. Excellent reception staff and great facilities. I highly recommend this place and likely this whole chain. It was my first experience with it and I would seek it out again in different cities.

I booked with this company as I'd stayed with them in a different city before, it was very nice but Berlin's was very different. Very worn and a bit scruffy in places. We were given a room more suited for somebody with a disability and it felt strange knowing someone more deserving could have had our room as we are fully able. A faulty fire alarm went off on our last night at 11.30pm. Our first day there a maintenance guy just wondered in to fix the broken curtain, no knock just came on in, kind of worrying.

Ubers were easy to get, the zoo was a short walk away and it was directly opposite a lidl

The room seemed a little smaller than the size they wrote and it was a little far from the bahn station than what they wrote but in general the room is convenient

The stay was very convenient and the neighborhood is very nice with lots of cafes in the surrounding streets and supermarkets are very close. The staff are nice too

Everything was great, but here are a few suggestions: - for people arriving late at night, it would be great if the receptionist could be paged directly from outside - it would be nice if there was a tall stool at the breakfast bar in the room

Convenient to various public transport routes, this quiet hotel offers beautifully designed rooms and provides everything you would need for self-catering. Staff were friendly and helpful and there are good common facilities, such as table tennis and a gym.

Like :emplacement verything is near Dislike:the cleaning staff do the place only 1/week you have to pay for extra cleaning which is not nice when u book the appart for more than 2 days. It would have been better if it was 3-4 time per weeks
