They did not clean the room even though I did not put any no disturb sign .

The hotel is located just next to the highway connection which was good for me and my business trips. Room was nice and comfortable. Staff is super.

It is relatively far away from the centre of Munich.

It was a really nice hotel, I liked the interior design and cosiness. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, the quality was very good and I appreciated the vegan options.

Firstly, we asked about parking if that is available and we asked about the price. They did not tell us that parking is for 15€. They just told us that they have parking and that's it. Sorry, but if we have to pay for it, I would like to know in advance, especially when we asked about it on purpose! The beds are not that comfortable as it says, but it was just okay. Also, it was humid inside the room and it is not possible to open the window in full, because the balcony is connected with the balcony from the other rooms.

The location is good, the workers are fine and it was easy to find.

Lacking a mini-fridge and location was a little difficult without a car. But between bus and e-scooter/e-bike rentals we made it work just fine. The Munich mass transit app was very helpful.

If you are looking for nice accommodations close to Munich center, but at more a budget cost, this is a great choice. Breakfast buffet was quite nice, staff helpful, and room was clean & comfy (and had A/C...bonus!).

The mini fridge would be nice but not a big problem.

Functionally designed room, with good air conditioning, soft bedding, clean. Easy to find, convenient parking garage, adequate price. Worth considering for a comfortable overnight stay or a few days, especially if you are traveling by car.

The location wasn't ideal, people on the way to the hotel on the streets were acting somewhat odd and the only way to the centre was a certain nightbus that came once every two hours. This however hasn't much to do with everything else within the hotel which was wonderful.

Cheap, very comfortable, had coffee in the room which I much appreciated and very helpful staff that helped me out.

The floor and carpet were not clean, which was a bit disappointing, but everything else was great. The location is excellent—within walking distance to both München Ost and Nord stations, with shops and restaurants just downstairs. Very convenient. The host was also very helpful. The apartment had good facilities, including a kitchen with utensils and cookware, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Overall, it was a very good place to stay—would have been perfect if the floor and carpet had been properly cleaned.

The shower faces in a weird direction and it was a little far from the main city

Had to kill cocroach :( in the room; extremely slow elevator; guy at the reception gave very misleading info about parking pissibilities in the city center.
