The first room I had, without a choice, was rather small and the springs were poking through the mattress but by the second night they had found me an even smaller room but with a much better bed. The street outside is very noisy pretty much all day and night and probably as bad regarding smell and depressing sights as any city where drug addicts and the homeless congregate.

The staff were polite and seemed to be doing their best.

It looked different from how it was described on the website. The lighting was poor with only one central big light. The TV never operated well. In fact, it never worked. The bed was totally uncomfortable.

It is centrally located. The staff were very nice. The place was relatively clean.

No towel provided, and location is good for travel across Frankfurt but dodgy area that can be loud at night and in the morning.

Standard hotel room with friendly and helpful staff, decent free WiFi. What you pay for is what you get, so I would recommend not having high expectations. I would stay there again just because of how cheap it is.

No kettle or tea, noisy street, druggies hanging round outside and making noise all night long, loud music from neighbouring buildings, one light in room, hard to close curtains all the way due to wardrobe infront of curtains. Around midnight the second night music began playing loudly, I think there is a bar of the building next door. The thumping bass and intermittent voice of the dj were present until 6AM the next morning. Sleep was very hard to come by.

I had no breakfast. The hotel is in the rail station quarter, with which I'm familiar.

Everywhere was smell of the cigaretes. The flore was sticky. And I dont want to say anything abou the location. Really bad.

It was on a very sketchy street - lots of fights and drug use outside the hotel. Very hard to sleep. I had a cockroach wing in my bath room.

- scary for a solo female traveler (DANGER AREA) - the door handle fell off multiple times (outside and inside) - loud outside but not bothersome - elevator felt like it was going to fall off when I entered with my bags although it says it holds 4 people - there were hairs on the pillows so I used the second comforter to cover them when I slept. - hole in bathroom ceiling
