Cleanliness and the facilities. The beds are comfortable. Good size room for a triple room. Kind staff.

There is no proper parking, we have to chase for a spot. Rooms are having water supply problems, sometimes water is not coming in the shower. Glad that they offered us another room to use the bathroom.There is no lift as well. I had my two rooms booked on different floors. Since it's near the railway, you can't expect a quiet stay. The area is busy as well. The bathrooms are really small but in good clean condition. The reception has specific opening hours.

The lady receptionist who received us was humble and very friendly The hotel wasn't far from the location our event

The location wasn't appealing. Furniture was old,fashioned, no fan or air conditioning, Breakfast was manageable. The vegetables during breakfast did not look appealing. 😳

The curtains are not light blocking, which is a problem if you are sensitive to light

The temperature of the room was reasonable and the bed was alright. The hotel was quiet.

No receptionist on premises after morning hours which made the check in process needlessly confusing, the breakfast was also disappointing. The elevator wasn't working.

The room was great and so was the location, unfortunately we could not find the breakfast and could not find anyone to ask for help. There is no lift in the building so walking up the stairs with luggage was a little hard. Otherwise it was good

The room is clean, has everything you need on the most basic level, but totally ok for the price of the room.

The walls are very thin, the street can be loud.

Staff reacted immediately when I requested to exchange a room due to bad smell of cigarettes. Smoking is not permitted, but a previous guest definitely didn’t care.

Rooms look better on the photos, but all basics are there for a short stay. Remember to bring your own drinkable water, not provided. Code to get the key was said over the door phone, that was difficult to understand due to poor connection. I spend 17min in front of that door phone trying to figure out what numbers another person was trying to say. Sending the codes in the text format would be so much less hassle.

The place is close to the opera house. Room was clean

Room is hospital like.The photos are very different from the reality. Lighting in room is harsh and is definitely not cozy. We ate breakfast somewhere else.

Breakfast was good and the value for what you got was also good

bit of a noisy street. Parking stated is just parking on the street. We found a spot a block away. Check is is thru a passcode to disperse the room keys. Ok if you have internet

It is in desperate need for renovation. Cleaning is not gonna help it anymore

Breakfast was very good. Host was pleasant and helpful.

I came from from warm weather. The heater was an old type. At its highest, room was still cold. It was quite a bit of a walk from the nearest train station when pulling a suitcase in the cold.

Pls provide lift for the luggage

-10 min. walk to barmen train station -clean and simple room & bathroom -good working wifi -easy access through code -check-in time: 12:30 which is very good

on the booking com and at the door of the hotel it is written that breakfast on weekends (wochenende/feiertags) is served from 7am, but when I went for breakfast at 7:15 the reception/breakfast room was closed. talking through phone the guy tried to convince me that on sundays breakfast starts from 8am. I know what "wochenende/feiertags" means. when I insisted he said come in 30 min. when I came back the reception and breakfast room was opened, but it was too late for me to breakfast in calm mood because I had to catch a specific train. I rushed to prepare two sandwiches. if I would have known that the breakfast starts late, I would have not booked the room breakfast included.

Uncomplicated check-in & check-out, early check-in 12:30 and late check-out 11:30. Friendly Housekeeping 🙂

Looked better on the pictures than in reality.

Location is good , not far to the Schwebebahn.

Lots of stairs and no lift. The web site advertised free parking ( twice ), but that is only parking on a very busy street, full of cars. You might find a spot further away. There is no place to pull up to unload luggage. No amenities in the room, nothing ( i.e. water heater, bar fridge etc.).
