I missed a kitchen to use it.... A random guy was laying on my bed when I returned to the room in the evening, I learned from it that maybe it's a good idea some assignment system for beds....

Good price, services for one night are ok, easy check-out, rooms are big enough, a towel is included for free and soap in the bathroom. Staff was nice and common areas comfortable. Also is well connected with public transportation.

We had a spacious room for us as a family of 6. It was a very good price / quality for us. The beds were good, though the bunks have some weird construction that make you bump your head easily, best for lean people and children ;)

The linens got stains on. Not so clean. The light and the socket close to my bed didn't work. The shower was a bit dark. The neighborhood at night doesn't look so safe.

Showrr door and head both broken, poor ventilation and no air con in rooms, construction work happening at massive scale right beside hostel was distributive, staff were poor took ages to check in, guest kitchen simply doesn't exist (no utensils cooking equipment of any sort or space and fridge is a breading ground for flies) smell and cleanliness in the entire building was very poor and obvious smell of weed in the halls at night.

Dirty bathroom and room. We had the six-bed room, there were 5 of us. Not sure when was our room cleaned last but there was dust and a lot of mold in the bathroom. Not sure if the bed sheets were cleaned since we found hair on them, not just one and they smelled suspicious. No need for luxury, but to keep a room clean should be the minimum.

Private parking available. Great location, only three stops by train to the centre.

The cleanliness needs some serious improvement.

I chose A&O at this location because it was close to public transportation with access to S-bahne and the tram, as well as buses. The station is basically 10 meters away from the hotel which was very convenient. It is also close to the central area and the business district (if you appreciate towers and such). The room was a bit small as I did not have enough space to go to my bed without hugging one of the pillars present in the room but you can also launch yourself from the end of it and problem solved. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I chose not to have it there. Oh and close by there is an indoor food court, not too big, but there is a variety of options which can suit a lot of picky foodies.

it is really hot in summer. No fan and no ac. One staff of south asian origin cannot speak german and he was careless while doing his job. He forgot to activate the keycard for my room and i had to go back down to lobby to ask him to activate the card.
