Perhaps a couple of more amenities like kitchen towels would have been nice. The photos appear to be a bit more modern than the reality, at least compared to the FeWo 1.

Location was great, Edeka is at walking distance, the rooms are wonderfully quite in spite of being close to the road, parking was always available on the street, the size of the apartment was more than enough and the communication with the host was great. We travelled with a family with an infant and the host even provided us with a crib and some story books for the baby.

Our second stay at the property. It met our needs perfectly. It is a wonderful accommodation, very comfortable, (love that couch), nothing lacking, very quiet, great parking availability. Appreciated the new door mat, and soft towels!!!! Plus, easy, friendly, communication with host. There is a very good chance we'll be returning to Würzburg, and we know exactly where we'll stay (if available).

Only point is that the apartment is connected to a stair case for the 3rd apartment which can be noisy at times when there is high movement.

The apartment is reached by stairs and egress from the shower is down a slippery narrow step so not suitable for the aged.As cyclists we had difficulty finding a safe route to cycle into the town.

Lovely spacious apartment with excellent facilities and comfortable beds. Owner was very responsive. Comfortable beds and an excellent shower and washing machine.

Everything! I have no words to describe the utilities, more then you need! 🥰 The most complete appartment i have ever seen! Sorry for my bad photos,I am not a good photograph,but you can see better ones on Booking. It has everything that you need,to cook, relax and enjoy german flawless style ( cooking pans,spices,dishwasher,electric stove, electric cooking plate,sandwich maker,microwave,coffee machine,etc). Big smart TV (120cm), central heating,washing machine,luxury bath,comfy beds,huge rooms,even an vacuum cleaner! Roller blinds at the windows so no sound can come in. Stairs protection for kids! Big terrace so you can smoke outside if you wish. I don't have words to express myself,i was that impressed! Gas station at 60 meters,supermarket at 60 meters,bus station 20 meters...what else would you wish for? 🤗🤠 Communication was perfect in english and very respectful. 🥰 Huge congratulations to the owner, we will come back to you when we will pass Germany! Thank you for everything!

Host is very friendly and responsive on chat. Clear instructions with photos on how to enter the apartment are sent in advance a day ago, so it is very easy to find your way. There is a short flight of stairs to walk before we reach our apartment which is shorter than what I expected when I read during the booking process. The facilities inside the apartment is clean, smart TV in apartment with netflix and youtube app, which is perfect for a group of friends staying in during winter time with long evenings. The apartment is 15 minutes drive away from the main tourist attractions. We were driving so it wasn't really a concern for us. To conclude, quite good value for money if you are sharing the apartment with a group of friends or with family.

No Complaints! We were aware going in that entrance was one flight up outdoor stairs that were kept clear of snow and ice. If I had to find one complaint, the garage space for the apartment was too tight a fit for the large car we hired. Would have been just fine for a compact or for bicycles, but there wa a never a problem finding parking on the street that was more convenient than the garage!

It was so very comfortable. 2 large bedrooms and a comfortable kitchen. It was in very close walking distance to a full grocery store. The host was very responsive.

Nothing

Everything was perfect. Big and clean apartment with everything you need. I was surprised when we found tea, coffee, salt, which is not common for apartments in Germany. Kitchen was equipped very well, dishwasher was there (with plenty of tablets, also not common). Easy to check in as you are provided with a code to open the door. Great communication with the host. We were allowed to check out 1 h later at our request in the morning of departure. Very nice experience.
