The rooms were clean and close to the station and grocery stores.

The check in process took over a half hour with bad support from the host. They provided the wrong codes to the apartment and we had to send some of our family by taxi to a relative. No storage in case you check out early.

A little noisy at times from outside the street which h can’t be helped. It pups have been nice to have some comfortable seating as the sofa bed was being used as a bed for 3 people staying

Great location, good for a short stay in Berlin. Very close to Rewe, tram station, different bars and restaurants. Felt safe in the area, which is really important to me.

The walls weren't soundproof at all. I could hear everything going on in the corridor and sometimes also in the other rooms (eg. shower etc.). Every time someone opened the front door, I could hear it in the room which kept me awake a lot the first night since some other guest came in late at night.

Our stay was okay, but definitely not great. A few things really affected the overall experience. The fridge didn’t work, the check-in instructions were incomplete (we had trouble locking the door), one of the curtains was torn, and the shower head was leaking. It was also quite noisy outside until late at night, which made it hard to sleep. There was no air conditioning or clean drinking water, which was a big minus, especially during warmer days. The biggest issue for us was the strict check-in and check-out times. Even though we paid for a full night, we were only there for 19 hours. I requested an earlier check-in (just by one hour) when booking, but got no response. I understand hotels have their policies, but usually that kind of time difference is made up for by better service – and unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. There’s potential, but overall the place needs some improvements in both comfort and service.

Except the arrival code, everything was K.

I did not receive the code first, thats why the open was about half an hour.

Instructions only took us to the courtyard area of the property, we had no idea from the instructions which flat number it was or what was the entry code. We lost nearly an hour trying to figure out how to get in, finally we called the Arbio hotline number and was able to find details of how to get in. A total nightmare for me me and my work colleague and not happy at all.

The description of the apartment was very misleading. I booked it for me and a work colleague based on the description saying there was one bedroom and one sofabed in the living room. When someone says one bedroom, you expect this to be a separate bedroom, not a bed inside a living room. This caused us major issues i.e. I had to share a room with a work colleague, which was very embarrasing and difficult for us both to sleep in one room.

Best location, easy check in, close to literally everything. The neighborhood is full of cute shops & coffee spots. Everything was perfect🫶🏼 We will definitely stay again at Arbio when visiting Berlin ✨

This was one of the worst booking experiences ive ever had. The place charged us 250€ safety deposit which they only told us about the day before we were supposed to get there and that basically cut our spending budget in half. The pictures included a bathtub which apparently didnt exist and we only found out after paying full amount with no refund available. The place had horrible lights. Im shocked how they managed to make it look so bright in pictures because even during daytime the place is so dim and gloomy we needed flashlights to do makeup or see anything. And the hosts had a ridiculous silent rule where we werent allowed to make a peep and were told to wear headphones if we ever wanted to watch smth or listen to something. We stayed silent in fear of them keeping the 250€ deposit. And we had no internet whole first day and a half bc they gave us wrong wifi name and password. And wifi aside theres absolutely ZERO i mean ZEROOOO reception inside the building. We had to walk all the way out on the street just to do a quick google search or contact hosts regarding wifi problems.

The house is located in a nice neighbourhood of Berlin, near mauer park. Very close to the house there is tram and metro station that leads you to the center of Berlin. The appartment was very nice, cosy, warm, with all the comforts.
