The check in process took over a half hour with bad support from the host. They provided the wrong codes to the apartment and we had to send some of our family by taxi to a relative. No storage in case you check out early.

The rooms were clean and close to the station and grocery stores.

A little noisy at times from outside the street which h can’t be helped. It pups have been nice to have some comfortable seating as the sofa bed was being used as a bed for 3 people staying

The walls weren't soundproof at all. I could hear everything going on in the corridor and sometimes also in the other rooms (eg. shower etc.). Every time someone opened the front door, I could hear it in the room which kept me awake a lot the first night since some other guest came in late at night.

Great location, good for a short stay in Berlin. Very close to Rewe, tram station, different bars and restaurants. Felt safe in the area, which is really important to me.

Our stay was okay, but definitely not great. A few things really affected the overall experience. The fridge didn’t work, the check-in instructions were incomplete (we had trouble locking the door), one of the curtains was torn, and the shower head was leaking. It was also quite noisy outside until late at night, which made it hard to sleep. There was no air conditioning or clean drinking water, which was a big minus, especially during warmer days. The biggest issue for us was the strict check-in and check-out times. Even though we paid for a full night, we were only there for 19 hours. I requested an earlier check-in (just by one hour) when booking, but got no response. I understand hotels have their policies, but usually that kind of time difference is made up for by better service – and unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. There’s potential, but overall the place needs some improvements in both comfort and service.

The house is located in a nice neighbourhood of Berlin, near mauer park. Very close to the house there is tram and metro station that leads you to the center of Berlin. The appartment was very nice, cosy, warm, with all the comforts.

Nice apartment with good location and budget-friendly price. Relatively spacious and has everything we need for a short stay. But we received the wrong key code to open the door, and also the wrong password for the Wi-Fi. But everything was figured out pretty quickly and we got the correct information. Also there were problems with water: it was either ice-cold or very hot. Also, hot water was intermittent.

The communication with the company is painful. The toilet flush button broke and the noise of flowing water kept us from a good nights sleep. We reported this through the app...did not get a solid timeline back and it was not fixed during our brief stay. Then I forgot my headphones and have reached out to check if they were found. The message ping pong is still ongoing without a clear response after 2 weeks. Super frustrating.

The location is perfect, price is decent and it was very clean.

I think the bathroom is big enough to have a bigger shower. The shower is way too small but the bathroom is big but it’s not a complain, just an idea :)

The location is perfect, the studio is big enough and have everything you need for a solo trip. The access was super clear, nothing bad to say

- the staff apparently didn't refilled shower gel for us, when i notified them, they suggested me to book an express cleaning (paid) and they'll come in - we got noise complaints from neighbors even in the morning from just making omelets, or using hairdryers at 10am

- great location, it's close to U2, S-bahn, and tram if you wish - the room looks exactly like in the photo - overall it's comfortable - the neighborhood is good and feel safe to walk at night - kitchen is equipped with pans and pots, microwave, induction stoves. dishes, bowls, utensils, and cups - shampoo, tissue, hand soap, and hairdryer are provided

Bathrooms are small for double rooms and should be renovated. Also, the soundproofing should be enhanced.

Daily access to room was complicated. Bathroom tiles were completely missing and body wash bracket in shower was broken. No sink in shared kitchen so had to use tiny bathroom sink. Further away from city centre than expected but public transport nearby.

Close to supermarket and several eateries. Large room for a couple and comfortable bed. Mini fridge in room.

We got a message multiple times a day saying the neighbours were complaining about noise, even when we weren’t home. It was like a spam message which was a bit frustrating.

The check out time is too early. There aren't any amenities or readily available staff, recommendations, etc. I booked for a group of three and was under the impression the room up the stiral stairs was available. Forrtunaly, the other 2 people arrived a day later, so it d idn't become an issue.

Got a couple of noise complaints just walking around the apartment, the old hard floors make a lot of noise and you are forced to even close the outside windows

The place is very nice and good organized, though I had a room on the first floor with big window to the street and it was impossible to sleep because of the restaurant on the other side and homeless people passing by and yelling all night long. There was also no possibility to open the window like the normal one and have fresh air, but anyway if it was opened a bit or closed I’ve heard everything outside even with earplugs

It is out of your control, however I was woken up at 3am to very loud screaming outside on the streets. There was also a large stain on the couch (not an issue just letting you know it wasn’t me)

The room was clean and very modern. It was central to many public transport facilities, restaurants and tourist attractions.

Being awoken at 5 am by someone who had obviously forgotten the access code shouting to be let in the main door and ringing all the door buzzers. Not the fault of the Establishment but a nuisance nevertheless.
