The sink was leaking in the bathroom and someone was repairing the other rooms at 19:00. The bads were very hard.

The check in and out was excellent and very easy. The breakfast was nice.

Location is good close to the autoban, The family room was big enough for us Friendly staff and free parking.

The location is far from the city centre. At least an hour away from Hamburg city centre. And a 10 -12 min walk to the nearest bus station. A bit far from restaurants, but there is a penny near by (10 min walk), but no other facilities. It's surrounded by industrial companies and factories. But there's no sound. So it's quiet.

The staff was really nice and informative. A quiet neighborhood and the room was very clean and tidy.

Hot water took more than 20 min to warm up enough to take a shower. Bunk beds unsteady so the whole bed moved when one in either bunk turned.

The area is quite rough. The room was very noisy. I am normally not sensitive but it was some door and luggage action nonstop on my floor.

The lady didn't speak English. This made checking out take longer and was a bit stressful. Also I arrived late at night and to get took longer because one of the buttons on the keypad wasn't clearly visible do getting in took longer and was stressful. Noone on hand, the place looked deserted, when I arrived. At bit eerie.

Good hotel to stay with family with car. Easy to reach from Autobahn. Used the S-bahn from Reinbek to Hamburg. Clean hotel and good communication from the staff.

We were shocked with the level of dust, long hair in the corners (see pictures) and smells, when we arrived. The beds were terrible. Towels were old and dirty. Sheets were missing or strange. Bathroom light was with IR-sensor so, when taking a shower behind the shower curtain, it kept turning off, so had to come out of shower activate. Shower entrance directly in front of sink, resulting in a puddle in front of the sink. We had a lot of difficulty managing the situation with a small child! Even the toilet seat was too small for the toilet's ceramic, so we had to clean the toilet thoroughly in-between due to our small child. They charged us extra and called it a "family room"!?! Difficult to get good pictures of the interior dirt and alike, due to lighting.

The receptionist, that tried to find a solution for our arrival time; we wrote that we will arrive late (arrived around 10pm), the receptionist contacted us and said if you pay in advance, I can arrange so that my family can enter "after the reception hours".

Nothing I loved everything.

The stuff were amazing. The breakfast looked cute the room was neat and clean. Everyone was super amazing and friendly in general.
