“They send me the link for check in after 3 hours , I requested a refund and they refuse to give me my money back . It s not fair. I will try to do something , how to wait 3 hours for the link and they also took my money , how to know if they send me the link , of course I chose a different hotel . I was with my children how I supposed to enter? To break the door ? Even that I didn’t know wich room was for us. I m disgusted for hotels like this with this poor management. 👎”
