“Marco was there to check us in and the room was clean and ready for our arrival. We were a little concerned about a shared bath which was the only room available when we booked, but ended up not being an issue. The separate shower and toilet were always clean and almost always available when needed ;0) Marco was extremely helpful and gave us wonderful tips for our visit on where to go and what to see. The location was ideal for trips into the forest and also for time in the city of Freiburg. The Bike Hostel was our favorite stay in the Black Forest!”
