  • “The apartment is at a perfect location, right on the walking street in Bochum downtown. You have everything thing: shopping, restaurants, convenient stores etc there. The apartment is spacious. Room was clean and nicely decorated. There’s a common kitchen/dinning room with all the necessary kitchen ware, washing machine, etc all very new and convenient. The staff were also helpful”

“Location was ok , but too many roadworks ( not the fault of the hotel). Because we were visiting family in Bochum, other services were not required, so no comment.”

  • “Welcome message from host with info about local places to eat etc, provision of drinks, toiletries and netflix - which is helpful for guests who who do not speak German. Clear information with photos on how to find property and access parking. Location - within walking distance of amenities etc. Not able to make full use of facilities as only stayed one night, would have been happy to stay longer to explore area more”
