Be aware that the "schwimbad" is a warm shallow pool in neighbouring town "Therme+Spa". It is excellant for youngsters plus a seoond warmer pool for babies and a play ship with sprays. But if as an adult one wants to do some actual swimming, you are endlessly bumping into parents teaching their children to swim. Be aware that sea swimming is almost impossible off the beach as the coast is so shallow and very tidal.
If the sun does not shine, try going on the organised mud flat walks...
