“You didn't actually have any contact with the staff. A folder with all the information was provided, both in German and English. Basic necessities were provided, like oil and spices for cooking. You rarely see any of the neighbors, but when you do, they're all friendly and greet you with a simple 'Hallo!'. Some things also were provided, in case you forgot yourself, like a universal charger, towels, bandaids, hand sanitizer. Everything was neatly explained in the folder, and even had suggestions if you wanted to order food, or places to go as activities, along with a collection of flyers by the entrance. The location was nice too, you rarely heard cars, only if they drove up to their own homes, though it was quite the climb if you go by foot. It's easier by car, but doable by foot.”
