“The apartment was perfect and suited my needs perfectly as I needed to get some work done. Wifi was good and the apartment had all I needed. Well equipped kitchenette and very neat apartment, as shown on Booking.com. Hosts Gerrit and Dorothee are super hosts - very kind, thoughtful and extremely responsive on all platforms. I loved every minute of my stay because the Kurpark is literally on the doorstep of this quiet spot. Easy walking distance to everything, even the train station. Google maps doesn't show the Kurpark pathways, but the shortcut through the beautiful park is a definite win. I took the longest walks in the park and visited many of the ample restaurants. Ice cream at Lino's is amazing! If I'd had more time, I would have stayed another month, for sure!”
“This is a very nice hotel in a super village. The breakfasts and evening meals were very good with plenty of choice. Our room was large and had the bonus of a seating area and a balcony. We had our windows open because it was very warm and heard nothing throughout the night. Bad Sassendorf has the most wonderful gardens and woods with very interesting sculptures and other things to see. You could spend all day just wandering around the village. We really liked it a lot.”

The hotel also had an indoor swimming pool and fitness centre available at no additional cost. The buffet-style breakfast was good. I'm not sure what the relationship is with the restaurant, whether the hotel owns it, or is a partnership arrangement. It is about a five-minute walk away from the hotel through a quiet residential area.”
