Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The old building was well adapted into a hotel. I also liked the old town area it was in.

United KingdomSince the accommodation is above a café and the Google reviews of the hotel showed beautifully prepared breakfasts, we expected something a little more exciting. Of course, the photos on Google are not recent (so I cannot fault the hotel for that), but they did lead us to believe the breakfast would be more special. Perhaps because of this expectation, we felt somewhat disappointed. Without that, we might have been content with the simple breakfast that was offered.
The location is good and the room was spacious.

New ZealandThe automated check-in procedure was cumbersome..unless you know how to use it I suppose. Just remember the confirmation number the machine will ask you for is not the number you get send for your key safe, it’s not the number that they send you when confirming reservation BUT it’s the booking.com reservation number (9+digits)
My loft room was spacious and well equipped with everything and more. Parking in front of hotel was easy (not sure what it be like on a busy weekend?). Breakfast buffet was more than adequate.

GermanyThe new automatized check-in/check-out desk is welcome but the procedure is a bit cumbersome. Also the location of the desk is not the best, near the entrance to the adjacent cafe as the discretion of ones personal details and card payment is not given. It would be better to place this desk in the back of the hall, near the entrance to the hotel.
The location is excellent as usual, also parking spaces in front of the hotel were available.

United StatesWe upgraded to have a balcony overlooking the main street, but I wouldn't opt for that again because it was very small. Note: there isn't a lobby for check-in. Guests are given a code to have front door access, then use a machine to checkin. We never saw any staff on the property. This didn't really bother us, but it would have been helpful to know in advance. Checkout also done using the machine by the front door. Remember to bring your room keys for check out, because you are prompted to insert them into the machine.
The location is right in the middle of the town, on a corner on the main street. The hotel is clean and the room updated. The breakfast was good and offered an adequate variety. Best location in Domazlice!
