accommodation located on a busy road next to the large estate of tall houses, from the side of yard where the room was, the noise was inaudible, but when you take the shortcut through the estate and the small bridge you are already in the center so the rating depends on the preferences

Good room facilities as described: hairdryer, fridge, kettle, dishes, tea & coffee, bath gel, towels... easy contact with the owner who knows also polish language, everything in accordance with the presented offer and attached photos - a unique atmosphere

Great location, free parking, fridge with kettle in the room, air conditioning in the room (also heats if you need) comfy beds, you get what you pay for the price. The lighting was controlled by a remote and it was very awesome, you can choose brightness colors and etc.

There's nothing to comment on... as I stayed only 1 night.

The owner of the hotel and his wife were amazing, caring, and very helpful. The room looked like a small apartment and was very clean and tidy. I enjoyed staying there. The owner's wife was preparing breakfast herself and bringing to your own room. Breakfast was cute and tasty. The location is very good, close to Main station (by taxi 10 min, by public transport 15 min) and to city center. I was satisfied with my stay in Zlata Era.

We have arrived for a long weekend. The accommodation was clean and tidy. The room was cleaned daily without being asked. There is a bus stop near the hotel, which takes you to the city centre and to the shops in the "outskirts" in 10 minutes. If you feel like walking, the lookout is a 10 minute walk away. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone. We will be back 10/10

There was no TV in our particular room but I think most of the Rooms do come equipped with a TV, it was not an issue for us as we was out for most of the afternoon and evening. The pillow on the bed was not my favourite type but that's a matter of personal choice I guess. 😁

Stayed here from 4th to 7th of October 2024. Great location on the edge of Ostrava city centre. 10 mins walk to the city centre. Well run hotel by a nice couple who make a lot of effort to make sure you have a nice stay. We tried the breakfast one morning and it was very nice and good value for money, brought up to our room on a tray for us! 😀 We stayed in the top floor with a twin room (very clean) , it had its own separate bathroom and separate toilet room, it felt like a mini apartment, even had a proper fridge for your food and drinks plus kettle and tea+coffee! . Very quiet, hardly hear any noise from the street outside. Central heating worked well to keep us warm as was a bit chilly outside for early October. Free parking in the car park but we arrived by public transport from the airport so didn't need parking this time. Best hotel in Ostrava for price-Quality ratio. We will likely stay again for our next visit to Ostrava in 2025.

Nothing it was a really nice stay.

Brilliant hotel. The rooms are large especially for the price. Really clean and tidy. If we ever visit Ostrava again we will definitely stay at Zlatá-Éra. Was offered breakfast for a good price however we didn't take them up on the offer as we were leaving quite early but lovely to be offered.
