Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything was excellent! The breakfast was very varied and delicious. The biggest highlight, however, was the service. Mr. Patrick was extremely helpful and kind, and he gladly assisted my parents whenever they needed support.

The manager is very friendly and helped us a lot. Location is also nice, just couple minutes walk to all the restaurants and bars.

A wonderful place to stay! The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, and the apartments are spacious, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Free parking is available during the summer, which is a great bonus. Thank you for a lovely experience!

shower is too small, the whole bathroom was flooded every time. restaurant is not what we expected. Smell, heat and poor quality of the served breakfast.

Value for money.
Location is perfect suit for ski vacation. Just few minutes walk from the lift, ski rental and the school. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Regulation of temperature in the room was not working. It was too hot... bathroom 27°, bedroom 23.2° that was not good for sleeping.

Breakfast wasn't bad, but I have definitely had better. We only stayed one night so it was enough for us.

To be added curtain in bathroom. Breakfast opens from 8 o'clock - desirably to begin from 7 o'clock
Location in quite place on the river bank , away from center of village crowds, but not far, walking accessible for main resort attractions. Very clean and cozy hotel, with convenient kitchenet and mountain view. River side is quite, best for relax. Even economy room is spacious enough for couple.

Check-out time during the summer season can be later, at least at 11:00
This modern hotel has clean and stylish rooms. Its location is perfect for wintertime, as ski lifts are right near the property.

Hotel was great!!! It is located very near the ski station, it has the parking. In the evening it is possible to sit in the restaurant down stairs. The breakfast were really delicious. We have a really great time!!!

There is no shower door in the shower! We put towels down to save having a pool on the floor, and dried them on the towel rail, no problems. You have to phone a number everytime you want to leave and get back into the carpark.
Location, location, location, right opposite the slops almost. In room heating adjustment Breakfast is fantastic Ski storage is heated Car park is good

Inconvenient shower design - there shall be a glass door or a curtain in it, otherwise the whole bathroom is wet and the floor is full of water. The bed was also a disaster. The mattresses sprawled in different directions, my partner and I constantly fell into the hole between the mattresses.. there shall be a normal double bed for couples!
Great and very friendly staff, cosy room, tasty breakfast, fresh fruits always available. Liked that there was a small kitchen and quite a large fridge. The hotel is new and well maintained. A convenient ski storage room is also available.
