How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

One very small suggestion - consider making a small ramp on the 2 staris on 2nd floor, might be easier to carry big luggae.
oh, great place! Restaturant has very good food with quick service and fair prices. Personnel are smilinig folks. The place itself is new, clean, safe, has spacious parking. The room was according to the expectations, I did like the bed matress. Very close to the birder CZ / DE / PL making it a good sleepover point. Thanks!

everthing was good
It is nice place, surrounded by nature. The accommodation was clean and cosy😊. We loved the possibility to ride a horse at the end. Kids were exciting :)

No amenities in the bathroom. Sometimes loud after 10pm.
Overall good value for money. Comfortable, great, picturesque location, good restaurant and tasty food including breakfast. Would definitely return.

More a suggestion: small fridge in the room would be a great addition
Really nice location if you're travelling with baby and/or dog. Big green area, playground for kids, quite location, nice views from the room. Breakfast was good and totally worth the price. Nice addition is a restaurant on site with Czech cuisine. Room was very spacy (suite with 2 rooms)

We stayed saturday over sunday and there was some party organized in the courtyard. Loud and until late 3 am or so. It was difficult to sleep you can imagine. The window had to be opened because there was na AC.
Everything. Beautiful naturę and super friendly staff. Good restaurant.

We are a family that prefers home-cooked food. When you travel with children, you have a lot of different snacks with you. But we didn't find any dishes, mugs, or a refrigerator in the room.
Great place. liked everything very much. Even the continuous rain didn't spoil the good mood. One of the best places we stayed during our trip.

No issues.
The hotel is part of a weekend retreat in the countryside. Small single room but well priced. It's a nice place and on the day I was there it was being set up for a wedding reception. Comfortable stay. Excellent breakfast. Ample parking. Easy to find on GPS and yes it's that big building.

Maybe some additional check between guests would be welcome, to remove empty bottles from previous guests, check the lamps, but it's just a minor stuff, not impacting our impression at all.
Very nice location close to the nature, close to the lake on german side, a lot of activities within the place itself, ideal for families with children and the ones who want to enjoy the stay. Everything is clean and well prepared

We came here again after more than one year. Warm welcoming back, clean and big room, excellent restaurant. Kids can play in the garden and ride ponies or bigger horses. Great quality/price. We will come back.

The location was amazing, we loved the animals, the landscape, the whole village of Černousy! There was zabíjačka and a concert when we arrived and the pub served beers until 11pm which was GREAT for our weary bodies and minds after a day hike 😌

The hotel is located in a charming neighborhood not far away from polish border. The continental breakfast is available in affordable price and it is a delicious. Just a perfect place to enjoy a nature and take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Its very cosy hotel forcrelaxing weekends. Tasty food in restorant, very good personal. Restoran is closed You can make a horse riding directly in the territory of hotel. Horses are really very good.

While Hotel Zamecky has its merits, I was somewhat disappointed with my recent experience. Despite having a confirmed reservation through booking.com, I received a message later informing me there was no room available. This was particularly inconvenient as we were in transit with family. On the upside, the staff did make an effort to reach out and explain the situation over the phone.
