We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SloveniaThere was a disturbing noise, probably from the adjacent room (central heating, air conditioning, boilers?) The fridge was also quite loud. Fortunately, it stays in the entrance room and the door can be closed.
Spacious, clean room, nicely and usefully furnished. Beautiful view. There is enough parking spaces in front of the mansion.

GermanyThere is special room for bicycle parking, but we came late and did self check-in (without problem), so we did not know about it. Our room was huge. We got all we need. The building is historical and roomy, there is lot of space. Simple breakfast. Visit "Krásenský pivovar" for good food and beer.

Czech RepublicThe walls are paper thin so you hear neighbors snoring. Wi-Fi is virtually non-existent (you do connect to wifi, but internet is unbearably slow - like even the speed-meter sites time out).
Relatively clean and spacious room. Nice breakfast and good staff.

Czech RepublicBreakfast 7:30 - 9:30... We got there by 8:50, it seemed that breakfast was over. Instead there was some meeting going on (nobody warned us before), so we ate I would say almost in the kitchen. Poor selection - no oats (sweetened müsli only), no fruits, almost no vegetable (few cut pieces of tomato to be exact), not ham but ham salami. We didnt even checked the hot buffet.

PolandWe booked 2 double rooms with private bathroom in the room, both at the same price. We were informed the day of arrival that one room will not have a bathroom inside. The bathroom was far from the room, we had to walk through a cold corridor at night. The hotel didn't compensate us for this inconvenience regardless the complaints made to them directly and to booking.com. We also booked breakfast that was separately charged. The second day we've found the breakfast room closed as they forgot we've booked and paid the breakfast (we paid the day before). Noone was answering the phone, we've lost time, nerves and money that were reimboursed only after a long time discussions and complains from me directly to the hotel and booking.com (the only in + behaviour was reimboursing us for both breakfasts). The room standard was very poor. The reception is in turist information and seems they don't know anything and do not pass information between themselves. Also the opening times of the turist info is very limited so if something happens as in our case you have noone to talk to. I do not recommend this place. I travel a lot and was never treated so disrespectfully as there.
