Very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was clean. The breakfast was very good. Overall great value. It exceeded my expectations. Great location if you want to visit interesting places in the area or just take a walk in the castle park. There are also tours for children at the castle. Really a great place to visit.

smoking in the open-air area where you can have breakfast. it is enough to have one person smoking there to damage the experience of twenty other people. there should be some other smoking area

The access to the pool must be booked, but there is no guarantee that there are only few people in the pool. At our booked time it was almost impossible to swim. The rooms do not have a good noise insulation.

Breakfast was so so. Some food wasn't filled in time. Last day, there were no fresh vegetables at all... I was disappointed... I didn't expect great quality. I needed just fresh cucumber and paprika or tamato. But there's nothing.

Tea and coffee are provided in the apartments, but there was no sugar. Slippers are not available. Parking is paid.

Located within an hour's drive of Prague. The apartments are clean and the staff is friendly. There is an elevator. Late check-in is allowed (we checked in after 10 PM). Breakfast is buffet-style, extensive, and delicious. Near the hotel, there is a beautiful area with stunning nature. I will consider staying at this hotel again.

Our family – my wife, three children, and I – enjoyed a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We booked a double room and a triple room, both of which were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged to meet our needs. The spa facilities were excellent – a great place to relax and recharge. Everything was well-kept, and the atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. Breakfasts were satisfying and offered a good variety, with something for both adults and children to enjoy. A special mention goes to the staff, who were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Their professionalism and warm approach made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to other families.

The carpet in the room was not very clean, it would be nice to do a wet cleaning. It is necessary to book the pool as its capacity is small.

They charge you for everything. In other 4star hotels, parking (especially when you are in the middle of nowhere) is included. Same for the pool- must be reserved upfront and is paid extra. Takes a bit from the relaxed holiday- having to watch the time…

The receptionist when we checked in, gave me different info reg the biotop pool use, stating we have 2hrs in the price of our stay, but then a different receptionist in the morning wanted me to cover the cost that it’s not in the price through Booking! Other then that we had a lovely stay and all was great!

Excellent location for visitting the Castle Loučeň. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, it was nice and clean, buffet dinner was nice (but could have a bit more choice), breakfast was excellent though, the suite family room was big enough with big King size bed, but the sofa bed was rather small, suitable for children/teenagers/short people only, otherwise your feet hang out of it.

Our group recently stayed at Maxmilian Lifestyle Resort. and we had an overall enjoyable experience. The breakfast provided was quite good, with a variety of choices that everyone appreciated. We also took advantage of the massages offered at the hotel's spa, and they were absolutely worth it—very relaxing and a highlight of our stay. Lunch was decent, offering a reasonable selection of dishes, though nothing particularly memorable. However, we did find the dinner options a bit lacking, especially since there were no vegan choices available, which was a downside for me. The hotel staff were friendly and tried their best to help us, though some of them had limited English proficiency, which led to some communication challenges. Nonetheless, they were accommodating and did their utmost to ensure we had a pleasant stay. All in all, our group enjoyed our time at Maxmilian Lifestyle Resort. Despite a few minor issues, we would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable visit.
