1. No free water to drink in the room. There was a fridge full of treats to purchase, but most of the hotels provide you at least with a bottle of water for free - no here, unfortunately. 2. I'm tea-addicted and there was no kettle in the room (nor tea/coffee set). Also, no free coffee/tea for guests apart from breakfast. However, when I asked, I got a thermos full of hot water - this was very nice and I could brew some tea in the room, so the issue was fixed :) 3. Many people in the wellness area do not follow "clothing rules". There are spaces where you should wear your trunks (jacuzzi, swimming pond) and spaces where you should go naked, just with a blanket on (saunas). Unfortunately, many people decided to stay naked all the time, which was usually not pleasant to see and could make you feel uncomfortable. 4. Check-out time is 10am while Wellness opens at 11am - this is not synchronized. We wanted to go to the wellness on the last day after checking out and we had to wait 1h. It would be much better if the check out time was 11am, so you could just put your bags to the car and go to SPA directly.

Breakfast was great, so as all food in the restaurant we tried. Free parking, friendly staff, nice and tidy room. Beautiful garden with many benches to sit and relax, nice water pond and sculptures outside - all of this makes the unique atmosphere. The absolute star, though, is the wellness! Hidden in a hill like a hobbit house, reveals to be much more spacious that appears from outside., So many saunas, places to relax, jacuzzi, rooms to relax and an amazing area outside with a swimming pond. We were there twice (3h each) and we will be back... :)

Great place. Beautiful park for evening and morning walks. Good and comfortable room. Great breakfast. We stayed for the second year in a row, and it was a very pleasant surprise to be given the same room as the year before.

Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the room. There were hairs on the shower grate and some areas were dusty.

The place is perfect for both families and couples. It has a large area with a park, a playground, and a lake, all surrounded by nature and greenery. There is also a good wellness center. The breakfast is quite pleasant, and I am sure we will return again.

It's small but I don't like that there is no gym. A small room with treadmill would be nice for people who living the active life and it rain outside or it's cold.

This is a beautiful hotel and spa resort set close to the Polish border. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and a pleasure to stroll around. We ate dinner in the restaurant and had a wonderful meal with excellent service.
