Spa area was smaller than expected and a little confusing in the layout.

Staff at the restaurant seemed to be arrogant during the breakfast. We needed to wait for 5 minutes to get settled even though the lobby was almost empty. Then the waiter took us to our place and leave (after telling us with unpleasant tone where the drinks and food are) without saying any goodbye or something. Also the staff kept watching us after 10am (breakfast are till 10:30am) like what are we still doing there and made us feel really uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Receptionist was kind and happy to help with anything. The wellness was clean and nice.

Breakfast was good, hotel clean and tidy. Staff friendly. Noticed that evening reception could not understand English but during the day they were friendly and could assist in English. Nice entertainment area/pub and separate restaurant, all in the hotel, don't even have to leave for town. Ten-bin bowling area we did not even get to try out as we were so busy on the slopes. We took the bus from Prague to Splinderuv and a friend picked us up at the bus station, but you could walk to town as it is not even 1km away.

The hotel has everything you need after a whole day spent skiing- sauna’s, swimming pool, massages. The food at the hotel is very good, with a large selection of dishes and a variety of cuisines. Afterward, you can enjoy your time at the bar playing bowling, pool or darts. To be honest, there’s no need to leave the hotel after coming back from skiing if you don’t want to. There is everything you need.

Having room in the main building we had to walk to another building where spa is located.

Great location, close to restaurants. Very nice and spacious family room. Plenty of storage room. Ski room was very convenient. Cosy spa area where we could relax after skiing.

Room was excellent, has a separate place for the kids. Coffee machine and separate toilet and a bath and shower. The hotel employees were really friendly, on the last day we had to check out very early so they packed for us the breakfast- very nice of them.

The master bed was divided to 2 mattresses a bit less convenient. But they were very high quality and comfortable by themself.

The rooms and the view from it was spectacular, the swimming pool and the kids room was fun and helpful with the attraction for our young kid. Everything we need was close by and we had great time overall.

Some Lifts could be improved.

Family friendly, High level of restaurants and bars. Beautiful forest and view. Queues on weekend are reasonable. Hotels Legenda is great with chief dishes.

This is probably the best hotel to stay in Spindleruv. What an amazing choice. 1. Hotel and Location: the building is an historic building, well built with double sided windows for more confort. The elevator works perfectly and has a concierge all day long. It has a ski room to store your gear at the entrance of the hotel. The location is perfect because it's in the center, next to all good restaurants and the "centrum" ski bus station that takes you everywhere for free. 2. Rooms: the rooms are very confortable and our family room had amazing views of the mountains and ski resort. It is very clean, great quality towels and beds. Lots of space to store your ski outfits. We had a family room. It has 2 bedrooms and a living room that is inside the main room. Very confortable and perfect for a family of 4. It has a huge TV perfect to watch movies with all the family. It also has expresso coffee from Illys and tea and a mini bar. It has huge bathtub and a shower. Their blowdrier is very good. No need to bring one. Really nothing is missing. 3. Staff: all the Staff from the Reception, to the restaurant and spa are kind and eager to find you every solution for everything you need. They really go the extra mile. Even if sometimes they don't speak english, they find someone who does and make sure they can communicate with you. 4. Spa: Massages: I just had the best massage of my life. The aroma oil one. It is a Thai masseuse that does it and does it perfectly. Pool and sauna: besides the massages, the hotel has a heated pool and a jacuzzi that are amazing. It also has 3 different kinds of sauna and a cold bulky shower. Perfect for an after ski afternoon. As a hotel guest you can stay 2 hours for free. 5.Restaurant: The breakfast is very complete and good quality. The coffee is perfect, the eggs are real eggs and the bread is fresh. There is a lit of everything for all tastes and the staff is amazing. You can book your table for your whole stay.

This was our second stay and it did not disappoint. The location is wonderful, we enjoyed the pool and spa facilities, and the restaurant is truly top-notch. There is now a kid's corner, too, which my children loved.
