The staff didn‘t speak very good english or german. The sauna was in the afternoon too soon closed as it was said. There was only a remote control for the Clima in the room gor the entire floor and we selten found it. The parking lot was a little bit far. The Restaurant and the Spa center are a little bit small for so many guests, but ok.

I booked our room and requested for the 2 single beds to be replaced with 1 double bed in the room. They responded and agreed, only for us to get there and discover that they don’t have 1 Double bed in any of the rooms. I was disappointed because they should have been honest with their response to me, that they don’t have double beds. Asides that, every other thing is cool and nice👍

I did not like the massage therapist. It did not feel like a relaxation moment.

Everything was really nice. Rooms were warm and comfortable. Everything was very clean. The room could have had a bit more light options. The breakfast was really tasty, and location could not be better.

Bad reception. Unfriendly, disinterested, even rude. Asked for extra pillows as pillows completely flat and was told 5 minutes please. I called back twice more to reception and was never answered. No facilities for a hotel claiming four star, not even a kettle or iron or any coffee/tea. These are basics. Rough, old sheets on the beds. No mini bar - just an old fridge in the cupboard that was barely cold.

Everything is bad. Guys that work are hard for communication. All the pictures you see are from spa zone that never works. They dont turn on anything in spa and they keep the windows open so it is very cold and unpleasant. Workers also run away from you to avoid unpleasant talk about nothing working... Parking is also on the other end of the world.

staff in spa area is super chaotic, not friendly, the computer didn't work, all the procedures were mixed be aware that every spa procedure or massage will be at least 5-7 minutes shorter as announced swimming pool area is old and needs renovation prices for massage are too high with low quality: I found it horrible when during massage the mobile phone is ringing by the masseur one positive exeption is Mila, she is a great professionell at reception was a queue for the check out time: the printer didn't work and it was not possible to get the recept please plan enough time for check out procedure, everything is super slow

location is lovely, just a few minutes to the city center and river staff in the restaurant is very friendly and attentive various choice for breakfast - everybody will find smth for him/herself the room was clean and сozy

I liked everything, Swimming pool, 2 saunas, everything is clean, beautiful. We had a large room with a beautiful view of the church. The staff was very friendly. The food was delicious, everything was enough, everything is clean, comfortable, very beautiful room. I want to say a big thank you to all the staff.

WiFi did not work at all. that was really unpleasant. in rooms and everywhere it somehow stank.

All the staff were very nice. Breakfast was varied, large selection and was also delicious.
