It wasnt specified by the Booking.com that we have to pre-book parking prior to the date of our stay. Luckily there was a spot left by the road near the hotel, hotel itself has very few parking spaces and for the less confident drivers , these can be challenging to park into. For the ones visiting with their dog, the centrum of Karlovy Vary is not very dog friendly and the restrictions make it very difficult to toilet your dog.

The hotel is dog friendly, the food was nice and the receptionist was very helpful.

Not quite the easiest place to reach by car and with very limited parking. But not too hard to find alternative parking nearby. Very friendly and competent welcome and, although we refused our first room (up in the lift but then down two flights of stairs) the replacement was light, roomy and with a splendid view over the town. Supper was not memorable and the dining room was empty by 20.30 but no criticism of the much more populated breakfast next morning. Fairly steep walk downhill to town centre (and uphill coming back!) but nonetheless pretty close. We'd happily stay again.

I didn't like the bed my child had to sleep on. It was very uncomfortable and you could feel the metal frame of the bed.

I liked the location of the hotel, there was a nice view from the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The balcony itself is French balcony style and very small. The room furnishings are outdated, cheap laminate furniture. The shower cabin is very narrow, the floor needs deep cleaning. There is no air conditioning or fan. The sockets are inconveniently behind the furniture. There are no reading lamps.

The hotel location is very good, the views from the balcony are picturesque.

The bed was uncomfortable because it consists of two single matrices which had a (smallish) gap between them. For the SPA one needs to book a time slot since the SPA area is not big. Unfortunately no one told us when we checked in.

We were received by a marvellously kind receptionist, who exhausted all our wishes concerning our stay. We enjoyed the spectacular view and the perfect situation of the hotel.
