Modern bathroom :) Parking sport - although very hard to park there... if you are planning to travel with a bigger car, good luck

Very hard to park in their little parking space. Rooms were pretty dark with only a small window - for sure not as bright as advertised :( there was one window literally opposite the shower - with no curtain - strange.. we had to figure out a towel-cover situation.. Bedsheets werent the prettiest but were clean. Small windows also made it hard to get fresh air.

Complaint about unacceptable accommodation Our experience at your property was completely disappointing and unacceptable. When making the reservation, the description and photos clearly showed two room categories: Standard: with a built-in bed, 10 m² Deluxe: with a regular bed, 15 m² We specifically booked the Deluxe room, but upon arrival, we were given a tiny room that was anything but Deluxe. It was extremely small, with only a small skylight – it literally felt like a dungeon! Additionally: The bed sheets were torn and poorly made. The room was full of cobwebs, showing a complete lack of cleanliness and care. What we were given did not match the photos or the description provided at the time of booking. This is clear customer misrepresentation and a lack of professionalism. We absolutely do NOT recommend this property to anyone!

It is situated at the best place in Cesky Krumlov, really. Breakfast was very good. Spaces are small but tiny and charming. Pet friendly.

Staff is reluctant, not very helpful and unfriendly. Parking with car is limited, quite difficult and complicated. Room for my mother was a small pit.

Staff were unfriendly/cold, there’s a restaurant and bar onsite but they weren’t open while we were there (Monday-Wednesday in August). Felt expensive compared to other places we stayed in Czechia.

Everything was amazing, breakfast was lovely.

The location was great. Parking was available. The breakfast selection was outstanding. It was clean and comfortable and the room was equipped with a small kitchen and fridge. The staff was also very accommodating.

Out of all the hotels, we chose this one in part because it offered parking. Shortly before arrival, we found out that parking would not be available. We wrote that we were disappointed, as it was an important factor for us. Our car is on a long journey and is packed with belongings. We asked for assistance in arranging a safe parking option and requested advice. Unfortunately, we did not feel that the hotel staff showed any real interest in helping us. It was this lack of support and willingness to assist that led us to lower our rating of the hotel. Although the room had already been paid for, we decided not to come in order to avoid risks to the car and our belongings. We are not evaluating other aspects of the stay, as we did not experience them.

Nice apartment with good view on the river but make sure not to have a big luggage cause of small stairs in 2nd floor

1. Nothing could prepare us for the room. Yes; we chose it, as for one night one does not need much, but room no. 1 is NOT fit for 2 people. To even offer it is unacceptable. 2. Receptionist, who dealt with us, left us standing in the reception half way through our registration (we arrived after 500+k journey in car across Germany), still without the room key and prioritised a phone call and dealt with the arrival outside. He did exqctly the sqme to another new arrival when I went to the reception to ask a question. I insisted that he finished dealing first with the guests who were there before me after all. which he did not like, but dealt with them first. I left in the end without getting the answer as we wished to get on with our visit to Ceskè Krumlov.

Clean spacious house with a good breakfast spread too. Had a comfortable stay

The only access road to this place is quite narrow and so people coming with bigger vans or heavy luggage might need to carry it for a distance as we had to do.

Everything was perfect. Location right on the river where you could watch all the action happening. Breakfast was great! Staff excellent. As everyone else has said, it's a narrow street, but if you take it slowly, it's manageable, even with a bigger car (1.95- mirrors tucked in).

A comfortable, private hotel with a picturesque riverfront location.

Perfect location! So close to all the sights. Beautiful views from the dining table. The area is quiet and a at from the tourist bustle. The staff are really friendly & relaxed - which made the stay even better. Super clean and we had everything we needed inside! The breakfast buffet was delicious and we could park the car for the rest of the day at the property while we went water rafting. The street to the accommodation is through a narrow street however we made it through with a family sedan - just take it slow. Also note that the upstairs bedroom is in the renovated attic with a very steep staircase- fine for our teenagers but not older adults or young children.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and has a lovely view right on the water. The check in was simple. Room was comfortable and had simple amenities like a power converter. Breakfast was a wonderful spread!

The hotel is well-located (just a few blocks from the city center), very close to restaurants and in front of the river. The breakfast is good and the room was big.

The parking lot is a bit small, but the city is kind medieval, so they have narrow streets. Don't go with a medium to full SUV, for instance.

Very good breakfast and perfect hot chocolate! The room was clean and beautifully decorated. There was a playground for the children in the breakfast area – very family-friendly! The whole place felt like a fairytale. We loved it!
