The interior in the room feels outdated. The pool area was really crowded at points. There was no free slots to book a massage.

The breakfast was really bad. I know Czech Republic isn‘t France, but when neither coffee, cacao, eggs, pancakes nor cereals are eatable (I dont even talk about bread) for adults and kids, its not sufficient.

The pool was the highlight and why we decided for the hotel and we were not disappointed. Beautiful pool area with sauna & hot tub. Also open long and with a friendly pool guide. The lobby staff was very friendly.

The first interaction was strange. I hadn't been in my room 2 minutes when the maid came into my room... Afterwards, only after I requested, the management apologized, but brushed it off as if it was normal...

The facilities are amazing, the pool was great, the meals and staff at the restaurant were superb. The bed was very comfortable and I was also given Christmas cookies and a nice calendar as a present. Also, you get a complimentary drink at the lobby bar.

Dinner was good, but not exactly creative. Lots of meat, not so many options for vegetarians (but you won't stay hungry). And don't expect too much from the fitness room, there's only treadmills.

I can warmly recommend this place! The lobby and the room were very comfortable, but the spa was superb for this price :) Even though the sauna doesn't fit many people, it was not crowded so no problem. And there's a quite large swimming pool and also a whirlpool. Breakfast was also quite good!

We chose this hotel because in the description of the hotel facilities there were kids club and babysitting services (additional charge). The latter wasn’t available at all, and the so-called kids club was just a big room with a small trampoline and a few toys. Also, the outside playground is not something that the hotel offers, it is just a part of a city park across the street. It is a good hotel if you’re traveling without kids but it doesn’t offer all the children entertainment facilities as described. Also, there were no real treatment procedures offered. When we asked at the reception we were told to visit some of other hotels around in the area.

The food in the breakfast and dinner buffet was very limited and it got eaten up much faster than it got topped up. Room service was well below standards (not much more than emptying the bins).

Rooms were large and with lots of storage space (although no coffee machine). Swimming pool was great. Location was excellent, really walking distance to everywhere in town.

The problem was with the sockets. For a week, I still did not understand which switches in the room turn them on. Once someone was smoking somewhere in the next room, and the smell of tobacco smoke reached us through the ventilation. There should be free access to coffee/tea or juice for dinner (because ordering for separate money is strange). But these considerations are not for criticism, but for improvement. They do not reduce the value of rest. Because we were very satisfied.

I really liked the hotel. The location is convenient - right across from the park. Breakfast: the coffee is delicious, the child liked the juice. The choice of dishes for breakfast is very extensive for me. Everything was very tasty. Breakfast lasts 3 hours, so we had time. There were no queues. We had a leisurely breakfast. Dinners: the taste of the dishes is excellent. Sufficient meat dishes, side dishes. Dishes were never repeated during the week of stay. There were no queues for dinner either, they had dinner calmly. The staff is polite and pleasant. Swimming pool: Large, clean, with all kinds of attractions. I would especially like to mention the pool employee (male). He always made sure that visitors were comfortable, turned on the bubbles in the pool, and constantly monitored cleanliness. Therefore, we are especially grateful to him for the created comfort. The sauna is comfortable (clean, heated to 90°C). It is small, but mostly I was alone in it. The jacuzzi is very warm. Rooms were cleaned daily and pool towels were changed. Very pleasant atmosphere of the hotel. Quietly.

Didn't like that the all inclusive beer and wine was only available during lunch and dinner. The Spa service was terrible. The Spa looked like you were in a rundown free hospital. The Spa lady smelled very Bad and was very sweaty and very rude. The worst experience that I had in a spa. Do not waste your money.

The pool area was nice with the jacuzzi. The food was good. Nice area and very quiet.

The rooms facing the street were very noisy and hot. I was moved to a quieter room but you could still hear the traffic. Unfortunately it was warm and there was no air-conditioning or fan. Bathroom was a bit old.

Great value for money and the food was ample and tasty. Bed was comfortable.

If you want to book a hotel with friendly staff or peace and quiet, this is NOT a place for you. I had a horrible experience with a male receptionist. I wanted to extend my stay by 1 night. I have been told to come back in the evening 7pm - because he wanted the manager to handle the transaction. I showed up at 7:05 asking politely for the same. He blew me off like a pest barking “Come later, we are switching shifts”!! I said Ok, forget it….so I booked my last night at Marianske lazne at a different hotel, didn’t want to argue with arrogant staffer. That same evening I went to the swimming pool and there were small children running around and screaming like somewhere in an aqua park! Also blocking the entrance to the swimming pool. The very next day, I stepped out of the room and when I came back-roughly 20 min before checkout, my key didn’t work anymore and the cleaning lady had to let me in. This place is certainly not worth the$$$$$ the food was just OK, room mediocre. This is not a good place to stay and I regret booking it!

I booked the property, because of the spacious swimming pool and jacuzzi. Because of my feet and leg issues, swimming and stretch makes it better.

The friendly staff by checking-in and the amazing leasure-time by the pool. We felt ourselves taken care of. 👑The separate elevator for the ready-for-pull dressed guests is what makes you feel comfortable and not disturbing anyone. The clean rooms is to mention as well. 🧚‍♂️We enjoyed the food as well. And one of the moments for those moments when it rains and you don’t want to go for a walk: you can find in the lobby water from one of the famous springs.👏 Thank you and wish you all the best!
