We had a very pleasant stay at this charming boutique hotel. The view from the property is truly stunning, and the rooms are wonderfully decorated with great attention to detail, making the atmosphere warm and inviting. The location is also ideal for exploring the area, though it’s worth noting that the hotel sits at the top of a hill. For those who are less fit or travelling on foot, the climb can be a bit of a challenge. Inside the hotel, there are stairs but no lift, which may also be something to keep in mind for guests with mobility issues. Parking is available within the secure hotel area, though spaces are very limited – only about five – so planning ahead is advisable if you’re arriving by car. Breakfast was generally enjoyable, and on two of the mornings we were offered a nice eggs menu prepared fresh. However, on the third morning no cook was available, which was a little disappointing given the otherwise high standard of service. All in all, this is a lovely boutique hotel with lots of charm and personality. If you’re looking for a unique place with beautiful views and don’t mind a bit of climbing or limited parking, it’s well worth a stay.

That’s a very minor thing, but entering the car parking may be a bit tricky due to narrow gate and weird angle

Breakfast was absolutely great - in theory similar to any other hotel, but in here they seem to care more about quality, so it was just better than in pretty much any other place I’ve been to

Everything was great.

We had an excellent stay at Boutique Hotel Villa Beatika! The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with a balcony offering a view of Krumlov Castle. Fantastic breakfast. Free on-site parking. Just a 7-minute walk from Krumlov’s old town. Friendly and accommodating staff.

It is a bit of a walk uphill from old town. This property is not for people with mobility problems as there’s no elevator.

Loved the view from our room as we saw the castle. The room was big and clean. Breakfast was pretty good.

Amazing property ! Perfectly located next to the center , just a 5-10 min walk away from anywhere near to old town to the castle. Free parking which is very much needed if you are driving in from prague

Perhaps install a door intercom since the gate is locked when guests arrive. That way we don't have to call the phone number but just buzz the front desk.

Far exceeded my expectations. Beautiful hotel, great staff, and perfect location. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Český Krumlov.

After I booked I received a message that there are limited parking spaces available at the hotel and that parking cannot be reserved. This was my own fault, as this is written in the hotel description. This however did not turn out to be an issue, as there was plenty parking available. The area is also very safe so I would not have had a problem to park the car on the street nearby.

Extremely friendly staff. The hotel is located very well close to the old town. I booked it mainly due to the free parking but the hotel itself was very charming with a nice big and clean room. The bed was very comfortable as well and the breakfast was excellent.
