Light was a bit strange in the bathrooms (we were staying in 3 rooms), very deem, but for one night was ok, all in all very pleasant rooms with a view on the river

Great Location, very comfortable bed and view of the river. This is right next to the larger famous hotel and much more friendly and better value. Breakfast was also better than the competition with chef preparing eggs to order, lovely restaurant and easy parking.

Clean, comfortable and very cozy. I slept on that bed like a baby. Breakfast was abundant and staff was extra friendly. A bit far from the center, but in such a place that is an advantage - walking through beautiful Karlovy Vary. Has its own parking, which is a big plus. Some major hotels we rejected because they didn'f have parking.

It is just a (large) room with a bed. No frills about it. Breakfast is regular.

Just next to the stream (best thing about it the location indeed). Very peaceful and "zen" as you hear the water running. If you have a meal there you can benefit from a nice terrace, also next to the stream.

The staff and the location. The staff was very kind and helpful. It only takes 7 minutes walking to the city centre. Nice breakfast.

Breakfast was little bit pure, considering to the expectations and the place. Suggest to include some salads and kind of breads.

Very polite and nice lady Lenka was very friendly and welcoming during breakfast, The owner of the hotel, young blond lady arranged dinner for us, even the restaurant was fully booked. The restaurant Le Marché is part of the Villa Basileia building. Amazing, the most elite restaurant in Karlovy Vary. Have 2 kind of menus. 3 cources and 5 cources . You can choose one of these offers (3 or 5). We chosse 3 dishes. Each of three has 3 options, you can select. Manu is different every day according to chief decision. 3 dishes portions are not big, but crazy tasty. 5 dishes portions are very small. Room was very clean, bed king size, for giants. We stayed 3 persons in double room ( one big room) The sofa was huge. Bathoom super clean, gorgeous style. Location at the end of the main street of the city about 10 min walk to the center calonada, but it was ok for us. Can reserve the inside parcking place. Surrounded with nearby park and riverside. Reccomend.

It's a perfect place, close to the centre of the city, yet still in a quiet neighbourhood near the park. Very helpful and kind staff. Delicious breakfast. We will definitely come back again.

a quiet Osse river with direct hiking opportunities. I felt very warmly welcomed, very friendly owner, great staff, fantastic food and value for money. great room number 10 the best with a river view. very clean, direct hotel parking opposite. 10 EU fee. Great breakfast included. fast internet wfi. Buildings with deep history. 10 minutes walk to the center. I felt 100% comfortable at any time. great price performance

We very much enjoyed our stay, this is a charming little hotel, so if that’s what you are looking for, this is a great place, but if you are aiming for something that feels more like a chain hotel, you may be dissatisfied, we loved it and have no complains.

It was a nice short walk down to the center, we enjoyed it very much. We stayed for one night and was perfect for a couple trip, we had a nice view over the river. The breakfast was super, with freshly made omelet and everything else to expect , dinner was a little underwhelming but the staff very friendly and helpful. To be noted, the staff doesn’t really speak much English, but they do speak German. The bed was according to my partner the most comfortable he had slept in during our entire trip (and he’s picky). We loved staying here and the staff made us feel welcome, parking was super easy, right by the hotel, it cost extra (but so does all parking in Karlsbad). Everything at the hotel felt very genuine and the building itself feels charming.

Quite pricey but still fair

The property is really pretty, an antique type of housing, high quality, good location within 30 minutes walk of the city center, however many restaurants and shops can be reached within about 15 minutes walk.

This is a small, quaint and friendly hotel wih a lovely location along the river. Our room had a riverside view, was comfortable, clean and well equipped, including a fridge and free bottled water, which many European hotels of this size do not provide. The bathroom was spotless. It is very conveniently located - walking distance to where the action is in Karlovy Vary, in the colonnades and baths. The staff provided an excellent and friendly service. The highlight of our stay was the meals at the restaurant below - a high quality breakfast that came with the room, and a fantastic dinner.

Everybody speaks only german (in whole Karlovy Vary). Parking is extra cost.

Nice and quiet, not too big not too small. Safe parking inside the garden, gates closed and cameras are watching. You really don't want to miss the restaurant - good food and excellent service; very good breakfast. Really friendly staff.
